I swear the Las Vegas area has some of the nicest and most creatively laid out homes I've ever seen. This one starts right with the driveway. Such a beautiful estate.
I think they're trying to be the highest priced home in Las Vegas. Even at 20 million, they would still accomplish that. Why a basketball room? I would take down that "hoop" and make it a ballroom! That way they would get more use out of it!!!
Frankie Fisher-Love I agree... i would rather turn that basketball court into a full gym with spaces for me so i can do some exercises and drills with the personal trainer.
if someone can afford a home for 30 million, they'll pay it.. And that's why properties are not always about the cost to build and architecture. The real estate business is all about huge payoffs now a days. So millionaires invest millions, and expect millions in return. And the people rich enough to invest aren't always the most fluent in real estate, but just like profits.
Home is currently still on the market for $30,000,000 but I believe the Shapiro&Sher Group can sell anything. One of the biggest, baddest, and best luxury Realtors of Las Vegas, I've ever seen. I can't wait to come visit your offices as soon as I'm ready to buy an upscale desert oasis such as this one... Private Collection here I come!
7 Falcon View Ct. (in the same neighborhood) sold recently for $11 million. It is in my opinion a nicer home on a better lot for one-third the price. Asking $30 million and getting $30 million is two different things, indeed.
$30mill seems incredibly steep. I would pay $16mill MAX! for that home, the people that have $30million to spend on a home are smart enough to realize that this house is way overpriced. it's on just over an acre. it's backed up against a hill, and on the far West side of Vegas. If you want to get a view of the strip (25-45 minute drive from that location) from any of those balconies you would need a telescope. I feel bad for the idiot that spends $30 million on that house, you will never ever turn around and sell it for a profit. Amazingly beautiful home though.
Incredible house! Very well done. And I love how there is a ping-pong table instead of the ubiquitous pool table. The highest I can go is $23.5 million. Deal?
It's an amazing home but $30 million is way out of line for an asking price. For that price you could buy a home in Beverly Hills, Palm Beach or an amazing penthouse in NYC. This home is gonna be on the market for a few years just like the other amazing Las Vegas homes that are overpriced.
30 million is way off base! The max would be at least 7-15 million. That house is going to be on the market for a long time , until the sellers of the house realize that can't sell for that price. Besides taxes in that area, must be very high. Selling for that price , should have more than 1. arce of land to go with it. They could sell that same house for about 10 million less in Arizona , if they were smart, or Florida. Let's be honest people, Las Vegas is not the first the place people mentioning about retirement. It's usual Florida , Arizona or somewhere else besides Las Vegas. Don't got me wrong , its a really nice home , but for the wrong asking price. Who ever buys that home , they would be eating a loss , if they tried to sell it later down the road. Even if someone wins the lottery tomorrow and dumb enough to buy that house. Trust me they won't get any buyers for that price , unless someone has money to burn. The way world is , really no one has money to burn unless you an athlete , or entertainer , etc.. If i won the lottery tomorrow i would buy alot cheaper and just as good or better than that house.
i totally agree, it needs some land besides just the house to sit on.... that way you can go outside and do something to take your mind off the $4k power bill
Uh, no. This dog is no 30. There may not even be a 30 in Vegas anymore. Was this built in 1982? Swinging drapes, man! The staging must have been done by a blind person. Nothing like lounging under the staircase! Nice view of the strip from the master. Also, nice view of your master for the neighbors. The exterior courtyard looks like an apartment building. What a dog. Oy.
K Reed 2 years sitting on the market is not good. There's a mansion in Spanish Trails that's been sitting since 2011 and it's already down to 4 million from the 14 million asking price when it came to the market for the first time.
I'm a Realtor and I can tell you this is WAAAAAY over priced for the location, finishes and upgrades. Looks amazing but the seller must be from another planet asking 30 Million for this CONFIRMED
Until they build around it like everything else in Vegas . What was once in a rural setting becomes part of all the urban sprawl . Some of the houses don’t even look lived in , no character and no heart
for a $30mil home.... why is it so close to another house? if you are going to spend that kind of money you might as well have atleast an acre in each direction. Also, can you imagine the powerbill for this place?
COst to build it around $5 to $7 million dollars and resell for $30 M.. Yeah, right... Ridiculous... Of course, money is evil .. that person who want to sell too much. That person is very greedy and not understanding about this fiance condition as market out there.
I swear the Las Vegas area has some of the nicest and most creatively laid out homes I've ever seen. This one starts right with the driveway. Such a beautiful estate.
i agree
Michael Warbux true that or California I think the two state with most updated mansion I ever seen
That cantilevered front drive area is incredible looking. It looks like this is a very well laid out home meant to explore and wander.
The only 2 things wrong with this video is that it ended too soon and i don't own this home. Fantastic job. Fantastic.
Incredible home, the floor plan and design is out of this world.
I don't see 30 million maybe 15
I think they're trying to be the highest priced home in Las Vegas. Even at 20 million, they would still accomplish that. Why a basketball room? I would take down that "hoop" and make it a ballroom! That way they would get more use out of it!!!
Thats for a West Coast NBA player. Thats probably who their trying to attract.
Trill at bottom end

We're here, when you are ready! Thank you for the compliment!
Obvious shill.

Let me check my bank account, $35- Oh OK.
Stunning house but 30 million and you can't even skinny dip without your neighbors seeing you from outside their kitchen window..
30 is ridiculous. 15 is the max
yes, if even that!!
Yes. And if I have 15, I will buy another house.
$8,000,000 on its best day.
For $30 million, I don't expect to be wedged between two other homes 30' on each side.
well said
All well said!! For 30, ill just head to Malibu...my view will be better than Sin City. :D
Omg! This house is breathtakingly beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
Amazing estate but $30 million is too much i guess!!!
will sell for max $9 million. I wouldn't pay a dollar over $7 million, personally.
$30mill seems incredibly steep. Amazingly beautiful home though.
It'll come down on the price. It's only a matter of time
not even 16... max top should be 10m.
Id rather get a place in LA with a sick view
well in Los Angeles this kind of homes cost like 60 to 80 million
This home cost her nothing! The money came from money laundering and fucking the Hualuapai out of millions.
Incredible house! Very well done. And I love how there is a ping-pong table instead of the ubiquitous pool table. The highest I can go is $23.5 million. Deal?
I've been blown away with a lot cheaper homes, such a let down, no way this is a 30 million dollar home.
It's an amazing home but $30 million is way out of line for an asking price. For that price you could buy a home in Beverly Hills, Palm Beach or an amazing penthouse in NYC. This home is gonna be on the market for a few years just like the other amazing Las Vegas homes that are overpriced.
if you put more plants and trees so much privacy and beauty you can add to this masterpiece ... that yard needs love ... and some more ha ...
Love the architecture and lay out.just sum small investments.but love the view and plan extremely. Keep it up...
Wow for that price there should be a glass elevator too!
Breathe taking!!!!
Shapiro & Sher have great music on their videos
stunning

Duane Jackson have you seen those 250 million dollar mansions that give a little more than this mansion
C'est vraiment le luxe
Oh Shit! What a home!!!
Beautiful I’ll take it🙏🏽👍🏽😎
хороший дизайн!
Dad runs alarms there constantly. Him and owner because friends and it’s so fucking nice inside.
Very nice and very butiful
Beautiful😎😍😍
We're the garage in this video?

шикарный дом
I like how there is water in the tub in the video. That's smart marketing. Whoever did that actually cares about the marketing:)
YOU'RE JACKPOTS COME WITH THE PROPERTY JUST LIKE TERRITORY ..!!!!...... IT MAKES SENSE ....
🍓🍍🍄🌽🌽🌽🍋🍠🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬
DOMANIC LA'SHA
Did I only see one bedroom? Where were the rest? Beautiful home for entertaining but not for family living
awesome!!
You don't see your family everyday when you live in this house. It's so damn huge. :D
I agree, it may be too large for one or two individuals.
I'd be curious to know what is the highest price home sold thus far in the complex?
What about all the liens against this home? Owner is in a lawsuit brought by Sun West homes.
dream.
Nice
house hasnt sold in years
9 Echo Peak Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89135
was just built in 2016
K Reed 2 years sitting on the market is not good. There's a mansion in Spanish Trails that's been sitting since 2011 and it's already down to 4 million from the 14 million asking price when it came to the market for the first time.
Does it have pool and hot tub it's pretty nice
Cool
with a kitchen from the 70's
I'm a Realtor and I can tell you this is WAAAAAY over priced for the location, finishes and upgrades. Looks amazing but the seller must be from another planet asking 30 Million for this CONFIRMED
What's crazy is not only the asking price. She (the seller) will charge more if the buyer wants all of the furnitures.
Delivering for Amazon groceries, I delivered to this address, now I get to see the inside too
Is that Ron Burgundy on the flute?
Did this sell? I don't see it on your site anymore.
It's now an off market listing
Is it still for sale I may consider buying it 😜
sick dawg I got a house I can't even enjoy because the other room is a mile away
1 dollar Bob!!
What happens when Vegas will run out of water?
30 million must be a typo
Not in Vegas
Floyd Maywether put in an offer very close to the asking price and she' turned it down.
suzannegrits Really?
This one looks like it would be more than 30 million!
my dream house
You can build that with better stone in Spain, Greece, Portugal on a cliff over seeing the entire sea and area for $ 5million.
That is the biggest basketball court I have ever seen
Instead of having a 27 million dollar diamond 💎 embedded in my forehead i would of bought this house
lol
this house is madness. it's amazing. also way way too big for any normal family, such a waste.
Why do not they ever show the garage?
Millionaires as me love cars
30 million is the cost to keep that sucker cool throughout the Las Vegas year. I think I see 7 or 8 full size HVAC units...
I want that house
The fact that it has just one neighbor is what I like most about the home!
Until they build around it like everything else in Vegas . What was once in a rural setting becomes part of all the urban sprawl . Some of the houses don’t even look lived in , no character and no heart
Why isn't my name on this. Why am I not just already living here. Like seriously what'd holding me back.
30 mill is to much for the home Max is 15 or 16 mill 30 nooooo to much for that I seemed houses like that for 17 mill
Full Adress
I think its uh 15 mil..
This might be the 1 for me I just need to find 30 million
Someone has been under the influence of a dollar bill! To high for me...
I wonder how much tax I will have to pay if I purchase this home.
seems a bit too expensive though i looks like 15-16 million dollar
I think this house is missing something
An owner
And I can do a great job of being the owner :-}
Ruined that house with low ceilings .omg 8ft
looks like an ultra swank hotel
😘
Show
That is an impressive home, however, it would be too much for one person.
30 million??? I don’t see why this house is worth 30. Especially being in Nevada. Maybe 10??
I dont know anything about expensive homes, but that doesnt look like a 30 million dollar home. I would pay 8 if I was rich
why are luxury homes always in the desert
I would not pay “30 million” to have neighbors.
I would have to own all the land for at least a mile in every direction.
I take two please
In Hong Kong, 30 million US dollars can buy you less than 5% of this space...
Wow they built a house on mars... 30mil...grass please...
I thinking sky house ?? I don't tell
The interior is wow assuming it comes with everything inside the exterior landscape needs more trees...its a bit depressing
for a $30mil home.... why is it so close to another house? if you are going to spend that kind of money you might as well have atleast an acre in each direction. Also, can you imagine the powerbill for this place?
Dustin Brimhall I can see the owner spending 4k to 5k in electric every month. Lol!
Very fly crib, but 30 million to be surrounded by dirt?
Once the water goes, so goes your $30M mansion

I feel so poor when I watch theses videos 😥
There is anyone living in those houses.
This video is 3 years old and I bet the house has not sold at least not for anywhere near $30 mil.

Beautiful but not spectacular. 30 million? Maybe half of it...
