Thanks new Subscriber here ..but with 30 + yr in Res service & Installs & some light Commercial installs yrs ago but & Now Com Service ....Theres A lot the commercial HVAC boards are or can be complicated unless specifically trained on those type boards & this Video helped me a lot ..Ima currently working .on an york 300k gas pak roof top iam having issues with stage 2 heat drops out but Board throws NO Code ..Its heat 1& 2 fine when iam on Site & still there testing there.... but looses sage 2 over nite .....so right now Iam Stumped - ill Study Up & Go Back Tomorrow Thanks Again

I have the same Simplicity control board on a 12-ton York cooling only unit that cools a server room. No problems with the board so far but I've noticed that when you reset the power to the unit, the display shows some weird characters. It does start the unit normally after a couple of minutes. How often do you see them fail? Thanks for sharing the video.

my york rtu unit is in heat mode and giving a HS1 limit switch error on the smart simplicity control. I've checked the high limit switch and it seems fine. The manual for the control says the LS1 has tripped 3 times within an hour. This results in the HS1 LIMIT SWITCH LOCKOUT. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Limit switch tripping!! depending on the Limit it's either a overheated heating chamber or a flame roll out or potentially a bad Limit switch

I actually work at the York factory. I test the units before they leave the assembly line. If you know can tell me the model of your unit I could definitely give you some helpful troubleshooting tips.

Also on several occasions the unit locked out and gave an error saying "frozen coil". Even when it was running in heat mode.
