    The puma 90 2.2 is a great road car for a defender. They are just absolutely brilliant but can drive you crazy as you really have to keep on top of the maintenance . I’d never change mine.

    Lovely car. Love the simplicity and no nonsense approach of this vehicle. Today’s cars are harder to repair and so full of electronic gadgets which can break and cost a fortune to fix.

    Fantastic, reminds me of primary school in the seventies; guy who brought the crate of milk bottles had a Land Rover and on local school trips we sat in the back to the beach. Looked proper army at the time, felt awesome.

    What an awesome Land Rover! Just a shame it's not the TD5 as that sounds awesome, but perfect otherwise. It's so sad all these cars are pure driving experiences are going to be consigned to the memory and History books! Was in my Dad's Passat the other day and it's lovely, but so boring. In 10 years I've never enjoyed going out in it or cared about it. This is what made me love cars in the first place. Not as a mode of transport, but pure precision mechanics, sound and the feeling of controlling these awesome machines. Are you near Clitheroe? That is a beautiful place! 🙂

    Hey, do you think this is a good buy. I am getting an offer for this car at 5200 euros at 97000 km?

    Enthusing about separate replaceable switches! I take that for granted, I seriously hope never to own anything with a fucking great touch screen in the front. When I’m driving in the dark I want to able to feel any controls I need and have NO light pollution in the cab.

      I know, several steps backwards in maintenance costs and redundancy

    Love Land Rovers but I can tell your trying to sell it! Funny how youve failed to mentioned reliability, over-pricing / running costs, and rust!

    • @BarrieCrampton
      @BarrieCrampton  2 роки тому

      You’ve obviously not watched my other videos, i cant lie to save my life, i let the cars sell them selves, reliability is great, they are priced to market and in my opinion better cars, better value, more reliable and we have less warranty and reconditioning costs than Bmws, Audis and Mercedes Benz, there are no rust issues to speak of, so i hope that addresses the points you made in your comment, thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a message 👍

      @@BarrieCrampton I didn’t say you lying! You can’t lie about things that weren’t said. Car looks incredible and you do obviously have a genuine interest in the car.
      Just I think that there a lot of “review videos” that cleverly present themselves as reviews when they are actual adverts. An actual review would mention the common problems I mentioned and I’m assuming you drive something more reliable, fuel economic and handles motorways better….? 😂
      Could argue what’s the harm in that anyway? The internet gets a good video about one of the most loved cars all of time and you sell a car? Win win!
