It’s usually the product of one of these two things. A player who has been running exceptionally well or exceptionally poorly.

Around 6:25 with 62s, why would a reraise make more sense if the hand is weak? Wouldn't getting more money into the pot make more sense with a stronger hand? Or is it about the possibility that the other player might fold?
Generally to play good solid hard to exploit poker, (which is very important as a public figure like Mariano) You need to think about the game as a range of hands that you can have as played in each particular spot, 62 is one of the weakest possible hands he can have there, if he has a strong hand he absolutely wants to put more money in, but if hes only doing it with strong hands it becomes to easy to just fold. Though GTO he probably should just fold 62s no matter what. but hes here to play post flop as he is probably better than most of these players. its higher variance likely but his edge is big

I will repeat my suggestion from some time back that you take a percentage of your winnings and invest it in something "boring" like an index fund w/ low fees.
if you look at a graph of say the S&P 500 over the long haul (5,10,20, etc. years) you'll notice it's less swingy than high stakes.

Inconspicuous woulda worked if you flopped a set or something and felt it was disguised, kinda weird for that board/your hand. Innocuous would have been a solid choice.

Commerce will be having some big games soon but playing against gman is a lot tougher then playing with airball, so maybe it's a good idea to stay away from Commerce.

Too strong to bluff meaning he has showdown value with top pair decent kicker...
Only hands that beat him will call a large bet and worse hands will fold...he also doesn't want to bet small and induce a raise as he is drawing to the nuts in case he is behind.
On rivers he will evaluate as better hands will generally bet for value or decide that villian might be bluffing...when checked to him he can safely bet for value...blah blah blah...you get the point.
*sidenote - (All strategic talk is subject to change based on table and player dynamics.) Lol

On the last hand, I almost like checking back the turn to make your all-in on the river look bigger and like a bluff. In addition, you can induce a bluff or an overplay from weaker hands.
