      tiffneylett703...Your so right!! He really is a sweetie 😊 IF only there were more like him,
      So many Judge's are either real jerks and act like they are God. Or just treat you like a number. Judge Simpson really has a wonderful balance he can be firm like a father but also he is extremely kind and ALWAYS sees if there is anything he can do to help you ❤ He will go out of his way to help in any way he can.!! Love him.😊

    This might be the first time I’ve heard Officer Allen speak. Is he called an officer? I don’t want to be disrespectful. I’ve only ever heard the judge call him Mr.Allen. His voice was so smooth and deeper then I would’ve imagined.

    Must be nice to be able to get rid of your most serious charge and accept a lesser charge. Guess they needed money and he didn’t want jail time. Plea deals are wonderful….for some.

    So many people are just so disrespectful when on zoom!! Like the one girl on here all she does is play with her hair like she's a 5 year old twrilling her wig piece. Lights are low and what on a bed ? PLEASE have just a little respect for court dang...Others have smoked on zoom. Drive...Order food from fast food places..lay in their beds in pajamas. I mean it's so ridiculous!!

    • @Sara-xk1ns
      @Sara-xk1ns 7 днів тому +1

      I saw one today it was the victim on zoom to make their victim impact statement during sentencing. Everyone else was in the actual court but they had 2 on zoom. This lady was laying in bed on her stomach holding her phone in front of her, topless or in a tube top, both inappropriate for court. The judge had them removed since they never changed/got dressed. And it was a pretty serious offense that traumatized the victim and her 4 yr old son. The defendant was the driver of a car that had blocked her in while 2 others robbed her. The attorney had the audacity to ask for probation and said she got a taste of jail that changed her bc her mom wouldn’t bail her out for 5 months after it happened. It was a serious crime that the defendant wasn’t really taking accountability for her actions or the trauma she caused the victims. Judge Boyd gave her 6 years! I was actually speechless. It’s rare to see stern sentences like that but it’s appreciated. Far too many are let off and stop caring about the consequences. Even victims think it’s a joke when they show up in bed, in pajamas. Smh.

      @maryschierberl3017 7 днів тому +1

      @Sara-xk1ns Ohhh I would really love to watch that one, I wonder how I could find that. And it was Judge Boyd right? She really does
      what so many Judge's don't do holding people responsible for the all the pain and not just physical pain but the fear so many have to deal with after something like that your ABSOLUTELY 100% RIGHT!! People especially young ones know that it won't be a real hard punishment it's really a joke how so many just get probation it really makes me sick!!
      She is such a GREAT Judge and we need so many Judge's just like her
      Then maybe people will think twice about what they are going to do, Because now they don't see much hard sentences. And why would a victim (especially a victim) Wear something so skimpy knowing this is a COURTROOM!! Are they raised with parents who could care less for any authority? Or even they don't have a mind that thinks with plain old common sense? And you said they were actually LAYING IN BED?? unbelievable. I have to try and find that Lol I don't mean to kinda laugh about it but come on what we're they thinking. Take care and stay safe always 💓

    Since when do plaintiffs get to “demand” anything? Right off the bat the first attorney proves his inadequacy to stand before Judge Simpson.

    • @wildcat1227
      @wildcat1227 8 днів тому +2

      Nope, the defendant does get to demand several things. They can demand discovery as another example. Or demand a trial by jury. Its not an inappropriate phrasing.

      The man in the wheelchair recently made bond after beating his wife and went straight to her house and stabbed her to death, called his stepdaughter claiming he was concerned about her and asked her to go check on her mother. She did and found her with a knife stuck in her. So, he knew EXACTLY what he was doing...
