    I saw a lot of adjournments but not a single dismissal. I don’t think the person that labeled this knows the difference.

    Bond conditions are stated at the time the judge gives you a bond. Now she admits to illegally taking suboxone, laughing and joking saying she can't deal with this right now. Sounds like she never dealt with her bond seriously why would the judge think she will take anything seriously.

    Title is misleading... Watched the full video did not see Judge Simpson dismiss any case outright.
    Someone have a time code??? if it was the first case that is not a dismissal, that is a 24 hour adjournment due to lack of counsel being present. Will reserve further judgment until a response is received 😉

    Isn't the VA federal property under federal court jurisdiction

    • @JonathanLandon
      @JonathanLandon 8 днів тому +2

      @@alexe1707 No, not necessarily. It depends upon what the offense is. If someone were to bring a firearm into a VA clinic, that would likely be prosecuted in Federal Court. If someone committed simple battery, that would probably be prosecuted in a county court.

    It doesn’t seem to make any sense to dismiss the case based on errors by the defense attorney. That would benefit the defendant. That seems like saying if a prosecutor makes a big error, the defendant gets convicted. But I haven’t watched the video yet.
