I haven’t found a great way to do it yet but I’ve been using either wax paper or parchment paper (or left over vinyl backing paper if I have a pc) to line the back part or front of the iron on .. the part that’s sticky so it don’t stick to anything else .. or I fold a pic around the decal and then put it onto a little baggie. It’s the only way I’ve been able to do it and the wax paper parchment paper I’m sure don’t look awesome but so far it’s worked and I’ve sold many and no one has complained yet
Thank you for this! I'm working on my first car decal for a customer & I don't want it to be difficult for them to apply. This answered my question (pre-peeling) and I love how you packaged it! Hi great 👍 I was wondering what is the original paper that holding bulk vinyl before cutting it. The wax paper or no stick backing of the product? I am producing large decals and cutting them in large sections and I need to assemble them or transfer them to a different piece to make all one for the customer. I don't know what to call it so that I can order it in bulk with no vinyl on it.

I saw in the comments the link for the instructions on how to apply, But I didn't see on the page if it said what to print that out on, would it just be plain copy paper or better to use card stock or even printable vinyl sticker paper and maybe apply it to the chip board Itself, either under the decal so when they pick it up it's right there, or on the back maybe ? and I am assuming you let the Cutter (Cricut, silhouette, etc) cut them out like if you did a sheet of stickers
Do you recommend clear transfer tape or can I use the "masking" transfer tape. I get that on a roll and it's so much easier to work with. How do you package multi-layer decals. Man I struggle with that one.

How much does it cost to ship decals. What methods do you use? I keep seeing people selling decals online for $1.50 cents + free shipping. I don't get how that's possible.
They are most likely just sending them as is, in a plain white letter envelope. which means they'd only weigh a few ounces and take like 1 or 2 stamps and they probably buy their stamps in bulk and don't worry about it.
