    I show you the Mossy Oak MT. I also talk about the evolution of Multitools, and how they have gotten better through competition here in American.

    I have the original Leatherman Super tool I just sent in for warrany. I bought this Mossy Oak multi tool and am totally surprised they can sell this at it`s decent quality for the super low price. The stitching on the belt loop of the sheath of mine failed in two weeks time. But the tool is good.

    The Bibury multitool flissa or ozark trail multi force are imo the best all around budget multi tool options hands down. Leatherman patents have expired on the wave therefore honestly there isn't any issue with other's using what works and the Leatherman wave is a great design so with it's patents expired it's understandable seeing clones coming out cause it works and why change what work's so well.

      @Survival of the Fittest I know I wasn't talking down or anything was just voicing my opinion. You're video came up in my feed without a searching it so I watched as I love multitools and survival.

    I'm the opposite the bottle opener is useful imo especially if it has the flat screw driver on it. So with that said the screw driver itself should be removed and add a can opener since the bottle opener is making use of 1 tool with 3 features bottle opener screw driver and wire strippers.

      Hey that's cool, different people have different needs n all that.
      I just have never had need of a bottle opener, but I like the way Leatherman does it, where it is both a bottle & can opener w/ wire stripper v notch.

      @Survival of the Fittest Yes I agree they do very well with implementing many tools into one spot allowing space for other better options. Every multitool had it's purpose and so far no multitool has checked every box off as best in all time. I never had needs either originally for the bottle opener as I don't drink alcohol anymore, but I've learned many other uses that it's helpful for from many channel's about survival. I suggested those above because they all have a great bit adapter option for full sized hex bits Phillips bit etc... unlike Leatherman they use a proprietary system which many don't like and many like. For me I prefer the standard bit size and use it daily along with the pliers over any other tool's on a multitool.

      I like the full size bits the best as well, which I use with my bit extender on my Leatherman Wave, but the flar bits are excellent for EDC and fit into my gear wallet quite nicely, so I end up using those alot too lol

    Good video , clear sound , good job. Just a thought here, you could mod this tool, due to it’s price , and change the knife blade or add a better file or can opener from an older tool!

      Sure, there's lots of other good or decent MT companies. Those were just the ones I owned at the time, and tbh..my collection hasn't changed much since then lol

    Not bad. Not great either. Def lower quality. Although everything works, the tolerances on the lock up of the tools is not precise. Too much up/down wobble. Otherwise everything else is solid. Saw is actually real saw and will do the job. Sheath is good. If they could improve the lock-up tolerances at the factory, this would be one major bang for the buck at $9.

    Which is better overall, the mossy oak or the ozark trail?

    • @survivalofthefittest409
      @survivalofthefittest409  6 років тому

      I would say the Mossy Oak is better overall in my opinion. Better design for a cheaper price.

      andytherack theMossy Oak one is waay better. I stuck the Ozark Trail one in a kitchen drawer for a backup bottle opener. It's flimsy, I think a 6yr old could probably twist it apart.
