Thank you broo my suitcase has been locked and I am not open the locked. Then I am watch your video and I try your tip and suddenly my suitcase lacked was opened. Thanks brooo ❤️❣️😍
Hey, you are very welcome. 😌 Very happy that the video was helpful! It is easy once you know, but when you don't - not so intuitive actually. Cheers ☺️🙏
Thank you so much bro, I was literally struggling with this because I did not know how to open it. Me and my mom we’re going to South Korea and I accidentally locked her suitcase lol. Thank you so much for this vid bro, this helped me a lot. :)
Really good to hear, and thanks for letting me and us know. About the key, I can promise you are not alone! Happy and safe travels. James // Team Conwood
Thank you!!! I was locked out of my suitcase and I’ve watched 3 other “locked out “ vids and in the first 30 seconds you opened it. Omg!! Thank you !! I was about to drive back to airport to see if TSA agents would open it 😂
I purchased a combination locks suitcase. Unfortunately I did not see your video. Now I have to purchase a new suitcase because I am unable to open the locked suitcase.(Heys )I am tempted just to break the lock or throw out the suitcase. I do not like the combination locks.
Hi Andree, Sorry to hear... I can imagine super-frustrating. I am not sure that it could help, but it might be worth a try to run through each possible combination from 0-0-0 to 9-9-9 checking to open at each combination. This is tedious, and takes about 30-60 minutes depending on the programmed code, but normally works to solve. After solving, you should then be able to set new code. I hope this might be helpful, and wishing you a great day outside the hassle with your luggage! James // Team CONWOOD
@@monkeydLuffy29023 Hi! Yes, that is a very good idea, and actually something that I and we also have thought about. I am trying to get it into the works, and get started, but it will still take some time I believe. Anyhow, thank you for sharing a great idea with me and us. Wishing you a continued awesome day. Hey, you are welcome. That sounds like could be not so great situation... Anyhow, glad that it worked out! Yes, it is always best to really check the function of the lock before packing... Have a nice and safe trip!
Hi. Unfortunately, we don't have a video to show that... Anyhow, our best recommendation to solve for forgotten code is to start at 0-0-0 and methodically go through every possible combination from 0-0-0 to 9-9-9 (0-0-1, 0-0-2, etc) trying to open at each code. This is pretty tedious, but almost always works unless the lock is mechanically damaged inside, and can normally be done in 30-60 minutes depending on factors like what the actual programmed code is... I hope this is helpful! Team Conwood // James
Sorry to hear, and sorry for late reply...! Hi, Yes, I know the feeling...! Anyhow, it is necessary to have the programmed code dialed in on the combination dials when reprogramming for almost all types of luggage locks. If you do not have your programmed code, you could contact a locksmith locally who may be able to help extract. Otherwise, the way we recommend is to go methodically through each possible combination starting with 0-0-0, and then going to 9-9-9 checking to open at each possible combination. This is quite tedious, but almost always works. Normally, the time it takes is 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on where in the range the programmed code is. Sorry no quick or really easy solution, but hope this still somehow is helpful. Wishing you a great day, James
Hi Martin, That is an EXCELLENT question. That is correct - in a way... If your lock is dialed into, or on the programmed code, the set button can be depressed and a new, and/or different code can be dialed in and set. However, when the lock is "locked" or the code dials are not set/dialed in to the programmed code (either factory setting, or the personal code that you choose and set), the set button cannot be depressed allowing the code to be altered. This is one of the reasons why I and we recommend to always program a personal code, and always to lock the case while travelling. Of course it is important to know and have access to the programmed code. Programming a code that is other than the factory setting, and locking your case during travel will prevent others from altering your code setting. I hope this is helpful. Please let me and us know if anything. Happy travels, Team Conwood/James
Hmm... Sorry to hear. It is difficult to say what the cause of that could be. We would recommend to check with your/a local luggage dealer if at all possible to have a look if not already resolved.
Hi! Good question... No... Should not be able to change the pass code when the lock is locked. That is the design on all of the Conwood Luggage we have carried in Europe, and most quality TSA locks for most brands. That is part of the safety feature of sort of knowing your lock, making sure it works correctly, setting a personal code, and then locking during travel. ☺️
Hi! It can a little bit depend on the lock itself. It is not a fun way, but the best way is often just to go through each possible combination in a structured way from 0-0-0 to 9-9-9 trying to open on each possible combination. This is quite boring and tedious to do, but normally works unless there is a significant mechanical malfunction inside the lock. It can normally be done in 30-60 minutes. We hope that this helpful! 🤓🤞

I noticed you can still get to the "set" button. Can someone just press that in to set a new combination and open your case?
