Oh, that is great to hear! Happy and safe travels!!!
Thank you brother my question is how to know the password 😂 I forgot
Hi, Yes, I know the feeling...! Anyhow, it is necessary to have the programmed code dialed in on the combination dials when reprogramming for almost all types of luggage locks. If you do not have your programmed code, you could contact a locksmith locally who may be able to help extract. Otherwise, the way we recommend is to go methodically through each possible combination starting with 0-0-0, and then going to 9-9-9 checking to open at each possible combination. This is quite tedious, but almost always works. Normally, the time it takes is 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on where in the range the programmed code is. Sorry no quick or really easy solution, but hope this still somehow is helpful. Wishing you a great day, James
The set button is stuck and is not coming outside can someone help
Hi! There can be several reasons for that. It also depends on the exact type of lock, and its condition. I and we have no easy fix for that, but best recommendation that I can think of is if you have a local luggage retailer or locksmith that could have a look and try to help. For most locks, there is a "play" and connection between the release button, and the set button. It sounds like could be a jam internally between these two, but difficult to say without actually seeing and feeling the lock. In these instances, if the jam cannot be resolved normally would need to purchase and install replacement lock. I hope at least a little helpful. // James/Team CONWOOD
My TSA locker pointer is struck and is not coming outside even after setting a new code, so can you help my to set bottom up

@@conwoodluggagelive709 can u make review of ur products?
@@monkeydLuffy29023 Hi! Yes, that is a very good idea, and actually something that I and we also have thought about. I am trying to get it into the works, and get started, but it will still take some time I believe. Anyhow, thank you for sharing a great idea with me and us. Wishing you a continued awesome day. Thank you!
You are welcome! ☺
Thaink you you are life saifer
Thank u
I purchased a combination locks suitcase. Unfortunately I did not see your video. Now I have to purchase a new suitcase because I am unable to open the locked suitcase.(Heys )I am tempted just to break the lock or throw out the suitcase. I do not like the combination locks.
Hi Andree, Sorry to hear... I can imagine super-frustrating. I am not sure that it could help, but it might be worth a try to run through each possible combination from 0-0-0 to 9-9-9 checking to open at each combination. This is tedious, and takes about 30-60 minutes depending on the programmed code, but normally works to solve. After solving, you should then be able to set new code. I hope this might be helpful, and wishing you a great day outside the hassle with your luggage! James // Team CONWOOD
thanks
Good
Bless you ❤
Thank you. ☺

Thank you broo my suitcase has been locked and I am not open the locked. Then I am watch your video and I try your tip and suddenly my suitcase lacked was opened. Thanks brooo ❤️❣️😍
Hey, you are very welcome. 😌 Very happy that the video was helpful! It is easy once you know, but when you don't - not so intuitive actually. Cheers ☺️🙏
I locked my bag and forgot pass. Pls help me 🙏🙏
Sorry to hear, and sorry for late reply...! Anyhow, my best recommendation to solve for forgotten code is to start at 0-0-0 and methodically go through every possible combination from 0-0-0 to 9-9-9 (0-0-1, 0-0-2, etc) trying to open at each code. This is pretty tedious, but almost always works unless the lock is mechanically damaged inside, and can normally be done in 30-60 minutes depending on factors like what the actual programmed code is... I hope this is helpful!
@@conwoodluggagelive709 Thanks for your reply❤❤ But i got my code yesterday Again thanks for your reply I appreciate it❤❤
Sir can u change the pass code when it's still lock?
Hi! Good question... No... Should not be able to change the pass code when the lock is locked. That is the design on all of the Conwood Luggage we have carried in Europe, and most quality TSA locks for most brands. That is part of the safety feature of sort of knowing your lock, making sure it works correctly, setting a personal code, and then locking during travel. ☺️
Hello. I push bottom and put in that metal things аnd now can’t open. My button is push inside and I can’t nothing to do. Can you help me?

How do I unlock if i forget my password?
Hi! Sorry to hear about the problem you have run into with your lock... It is quite tedious, but they way we recommend to solve when code is not known is to methodically run through each possible combination starting at 0-0-0 and upwards towards 9-9-9 testing each possibility along the way. This method usually takes 30-60 minutes to do, but always works given there is no internal problem with the lock. I hope this is at least a little helpful. Best regards, James // Team Conwood
That little film by James was so helpful. I was stuck because the shop where I made my purchase gave me wrong instructions. Thanks James
Great to hear that it was helpful, and thank you for letting me know, Martin. I think you are not alone in having some difficulty with the lock and instructions. It is maybe not so difficult once you know, but also not super-intuitive, I think. We in the industry need to up our game on that. We are working on it. Wishing you a great day! James // Team Conwood
Thanks a lot.... I really thought my lock is stuck
I think you are not alone in that...! Anyhow - glad to hear that it was helpful. Thank you for letting us know! 🙂

How to open American Traveller bag
How to open American Traveller bag lock
Hmmm... It is hard to say. It really depends on the bag itself, and the lock used. My best advice would be to check one of the videos here on the channel if similar lock on one of the cases (if it is set-up and installation of code help you are looking for)... Otherwise perhaps check with AT or your place of purchase if they could help you. However, in general, most TSA-locks work on the same principles. 1) Changing/setting of code only possible if current code is dialed in. 2) There is a set button somewhere that needs to be activated in order to change/program code. 3) Programmed code needs to be set or activated in some way (usually by depressing lock button or moving set-lever back to "resting" position). 4) Always check your lock for correct function before packing, and before inserting zipper pullers (where applicable) into the lock. 5) If you have forgotten your code, the method that works for most locks (although very tedious and boring) is to methodically work your way through every possible combination from 0-0-0 to 9-9-9. This can usually be done in 30-60 minutes. I hope this is at least a little helpful. Wishing you a great day! James // Team Conwood

Hey, you are welcome. That sounds like could be not so great situation... Anyhow, glad that it worked out! Yes, it is always best to really check the function of the lock before packing... Have a nice and safe trip!
