So do you keep some in your bank account or do you always cash out your income? If you do keep some in your bank account how do you know how much to keep?

I was just asking myself the same thing like all of my payments are automatically subtracted from my bank so I never have leftover money literally paycheck to paycheck I am 30 years old living on my own and I don’t know how to break that cycle I need help😢
