lol maybe i’ll do a collection vid one day with my special ones and explain why i love them so much! (sometimes it’s just….this was pretty so i bought it 😆)
Depending on the approach taken by your coach and making assumptions from your confession video: $120,000.00 gross income (approx.) Increasing the minimum Visa payment to $350.00 and the Chase card to $200.00 (a more realistic min payment because the payments are not enough to pay off any principle) and a mortgage $2500.00/month…. If correct that means the mortgage is 25% of income which is at the high side of acceptable and your overall DTI (debt to income) ratio is about 38% which is also at the high side but acceptable. I doubt that you want to hear this but if I’m even close and if the goal is to get the finances under control, the coach is prolly going to take a sledgehammer to the expense side of your budget. You might want to prepare yourself for that. I think your budget is going to look a lot different after a few months. It will be interesting to see what your coach has to say. I’m btw a serious amateur/hobby budgeter, this to correct my (our) own bad choices in the past. I’m not trying to sell anyone anything, I’m not a professional, no advice, I just observe and comment and I’m generally not appreciated for my opinions.
My bad, I misunderstood the role of the financial coach. I thought it was a person that would help guide you on a path to financial security not someone selling securities.
Hi Veda I've not started cash stuffing, and still researching before I figure it all out. I wonder about the cards in your cash stuffing wallet. Do you write down what you put in, then write what you take out, like a bank transaction slip in a savings book? Or are you only writing what you put into it? Is it a new slip for each cash stuffing? I'm not entirely sure on this please?
I like your setup. I enjoy watching your video

@@thesimplebudget can I ask what type printer you used? I’ve heard only one certain type would print on vellum.
