I don’t understand Mcfarlane’s love for side eye. He says it makes them feel more alive, but I usually look forward. And it’s like he forgets they can be posed in dynamic ways, which is what makes them feel lively. The side eye only screws that up
Went all out on Dc multiverse dude..Just got the Darkseid, Stephenwolf, bizzaro, JL cyborg, azrael, demon, and will be picking up the Bane set, Martian manhunter, ManBat, and more so this Frost King is definitely on my list! Mcfarlane is killing it with his line.! Not to mention its the price point.
This is why I love Toyshiz because he is honest with MARVEL LEGENDS and everything else and with that being said, I don't collect DC Multiverse figures, But the only DC Multiverse figure that I like is the DC Multiverse Superman that came out in 2020 which is the only Superman figure that I might get. They look good but after your first 50 McFarlanes you need to pick the really great ones. I had the DKR 4 pack ordered 6 months in advance. They relesed, mibe didnt come and scalpers were charging $75 each. Two months later and now that the price is back to regular they are shipping. I paid $60 for a Deathstroke and Batman Arkham. Then i took my break.

I'm getting Aquaman to build out a Justice League. We really need a more classic Wonder Woman. The DCAU was my Justice League so I am just waiting on a Hawkgirl/Hawkwoman figure to be show and the Martian Manhunter preorder to come in.
I’m okay with passing on this baf wave the black Adam I want is the one he will be doing for the black Adam movie I know he’s gonna give the rock a great sculpt.
Aquaman...I've notice it on some toy website and really like it. I would add metallic and fluorescent paint on it. Also extra helmet. Aquaman have nice proportions, colours and details. For curiosity..Aquaman is Atlantean. Following Egyptian history, their Gods like Thoth, came from Atlantis which was created on the water cause of major flood. There is few descriptions about their height...Osiris and others was between 3,5-6,5 meter's tall. According that Aquaman should be tallest avenger and smartest ;-) Todd and Marvel, do Aquaman variation according what I've just said.
Dang man, you totally just sold me on that Aquaman figure 100%! I dunno about that side eye though, I'm going to have to figure out something to do about that. But that Black Adam is definitely not doing it for me, from the belt down it looks great, but the head and chest are a no go for me. I haven't been happy with any of the GL figures so far, and I think the Flash figure looks terrible, and yet I think Reverse Flash is one of the best DC figures McF has given us, it's crazy. I just hope the rumored Blackest Night wave are all winners, because I need me a stellar Kyle Rayner and Atrocitus from this line! Oh, and an alternate hook hand for Aquaman would have been ahhhhhmazing!

Nice vid. I gotta get that Aquaman and maybe Black Adam. But as much as the BAF wave seems ok, I'm not a fan because I'm not familiar with it so I'm not sure if I'll grab it. The baf looks cool and all but eh. Would have liked to have seen him compared with other previous BAFs.
Most excited for the frost king, and more constructs for Jon Stewart, but that being said I’ve already passed on these figs twice, collecting too many lines.
I picked up the Endless Winter Wonder Woman and absolutely love it despite some of its articulated drawbacks. It almost looks like a mini resin statue. Now... I did notice that on her trading card, they used a special edition piece (perhaps a future Gold Label?) that made me a little envious. Seems to have a different tiara, shoulder armor, side-eye and a shield. (add that, some actual metallic paint, but this could change). I definitely want that one if Todd releases it. I'm not particularly fond of the remaining figures. Especially Batman. The coat thing doesn't work for me.But I will pick them up, just to complete the Frost King BAF.
Definitely picking up Aquaman I wanted the Shazam but I know McFarland I know for a fact he's going to drop the movie version of Black Adam which is going to be the Rock so I'm going to wait for that
The black Adam head looks like he has on too much face powder and he is also way too small. I hope they use the 2nd bigger Superman body. I worked on the set of Black Adam last year and his suit is way better but I don't want the Rock head so I'll probably use this head on the Rock version.

I wish these were painted better. The bright yellow on Wonder Woman and the gold plastic on Black Adam look so cheap. They would look so much better if they had the gold paint from Todd's WW1984 armor...

the googles can be removed. btw idk if its just mine but if not, you didnt mention the black adam paint job from his head to his neck as the head is pale and the neck is shinny.
@@ToyShiz you sure? cause mine did maybe it wasn't glued but when i did remove them, they had an indent (well maybe grooves is a better word) around the face. about the black adam tho, youres doesnt have the face being a different skin color than the neck and hands?
You forgot one very important thing, which is are they comic book accurate. That Black Adam isn't accurate at all. The cape is missing and the hair is totally wrong.
I feel like I'm the only one who prefers no cape. Hell, I don't even like it on Captain Marvel. Much prefer the one that draped over one shoulder only.

Endless Winter was an endless waste of my time and money. It was total garbage. I didn't finish reading it. The art was good and the designs were good, but the story was just so bad and a wasted idea.

The Aquaman is awesome! The idea of adding an alternate hook hand would've been the icing on the cake.

There is less paint on this Frost King than a Hasbro figure…. and on a figure that size it shows.
