Just remind urself of the faces of ur parents and think of the pains they go through everyday and the innumerable sacrifices they have made so that u could study properly and become successful. That is in itself a motivation to stay away from distractions and to study .
Last one was so right... I have a friend of mine who was nothing in studies a few days back and now she's an absolute genius. When I asked her how she became so good, she said she revises everytime she learns something and looking at her hardwork for studies, I got so motivated that I kept studying for two days in a row and then whenever I felt a bit tired I took some healthy rest by reading story books. If one keeps herself engaged in reading and reading and doing whatever she likes for some rest, then she is sure to remember what she has read.
