Serral won 7 times in 2018, but only 3 times so far in 2019 and there is only one big comp left. Serral actually hasn't been as dominant in this year. My guess is that if he has to face at least 3 high level Koreans, he will lose to one and won't win the comp. I don't expect Reynor to win. The Koreans won every WCS global finals until 2018 when Serral won it. This year SoO beat Serral, Innovation beat Serral and Stats beat Serral as well. That all being said, even if the Korean players believe they have learned how to beat him, I still think Serral has a very realistic chance of winning the WCS global finals next month. But it won't shock me if a Korean wins. This makes the game more interesting, than seeing Korean vs Korean, at least Serral as a non Korean truly is a challenge for them and is a struggle for them to beat and Serral at the end of 2018 was easily the best starcraft player in the world, he may still be the best in 2019 as well, if he wins the tournament next month then I would say he is still the best in the world.
