- I finally managed to get the Renault Clio Sport Track car project on track at Donington Park Circuit, and it certainty didn't go as planned.
Its a long video, but watch for the duration to see what has happened since!

The clio a great first time track car just lack of track experience some tuition would be way more beneficial than more power, you wouldn’t be much faster in the s3 👍

Such a shame the water pump went, it would probably be alright now you sorted out the niggles. Hope the new owner enjoys it and you find a new toy. I recommend getting some driver tuition, you'll learn so much a lot quicker than just smashing round on your own and you won't feel like you're getting ruined by everyone else

Probably the best choice mate, that Clio was just painful with the other cars on track. I'd sling some more money into the S3 and get that track capable, but still drivable on a daily basis.
Didn’t stand a chance compared, but those are like 10/20k builds. Don’t fancy taking the s3 it’s too clean 😰
Tiny tip next time set on your gopro ev compensation to -2 so we can see more easy out the window

Yeah man that's thing now got 400hp dsg golfs an s3s and stuff on track but you did have weight on your side but maybe another 100hp would of been beneficial it is a big track but on smaller track and more track time you would of been in front mate 💪all time and practice at end of day look at the Cooper s and stuff max 240hp but mostly dominate track with a good driver not all about hp hopefully you get something Abit more reliable, I carnt wait to get mine out on the circuits
The mini was my second choice after the Clio. Definitely need something faster for next time. Would’ve been enjoyable if everyone else wasn’t so fast!
@@CarsWithSmithy it's a good thing mate might knock your confidence at first but will make you better if your always chasing keeps you on your toes will give you better driver ability
I had a Clio 172 years ago. Could have ran a helicopter for less it was so unreliable. S3 stage 2+ manual driving comparison video would be good. Also what to move onto after S3 would be good like thoughts on m135 or golf r?

Ah shit, don’t blame you for selling it. At least you had a good couple of laps. Chin up and keep going, break that S3 out and dominate.
The s3 is too tidy for track but would be so much fun 🤔

Ah man sucks, can understand though, not fun if you can never do what you want with it without issues.
