Saw her in Atlanta back in 2013. Eric Sullivan, Lewis Keller, etc. The show kicked ass! I'll be seeing her again in Oct. Praying her band is as impressive, if she's not going solo. Either way, Lissie's someone everyone should see live at least once! Great vid! 🎉💖🎉

Wow! There are songs which resonate with the heart and soul, and this one is one such song, but from the other side. While having a GF/lover are nice parts of the whole, they are like having the cake without the icing or the icing without the cake... briefly satisfying, but too much of either without the other... the cake turns "dry" for lack of a better word, and the icing ends up too "sugary". There is so much more to a real, life-long relationship... just wish I could have found one.
And wish I had come across your works ages ago, instead of just a month ago...
