I still remember at one point where I had to work long hours every single day feeling tired while going through so much in life, trying chase my dreams. Somehow this song got me through. Thanks Lissie!
I didn't know this girl existed until my brother told me about her! It's a shame...she's incredible. We should be hearing her music everywhere. What a wonderful change from today's pop music!! I love this tune!!
What's wrong with pop?
Sadly, I never heard of Lissie until I saw her on "Guitar Center Sessions" in 2013. Call that a failing of commercial radio. The performance of her and her band was simply stunning. And I admit being equally stunned by her beauty. As her song "Shameless" says she's not interested in selling her looks; she wants to be known for her music. Gotta respect that..
One thing about this girl, apart from her amazing talent as a singer, songwriter and musician, is that she doesn't have to create a persona to sell her great music like some of the female divas today. She is amazing and I've never heard a bad song from her.
Heard on public radio on the way home for the holidays. Definitely my favorite song that played the whole drive.
It's been ages since I last listened to this song. It still has that awesome feeling after all these years.

Just discovered Lissie today and I'm in love with this song~
Lissie is one of the finest singer/ recording artist i have ever known. Her song's always give me those 80's vibes.

never heard of Lissie until an hour ago, and was immediately in love with this song,after watching her on Jools Holland show,her energy and live performance on the show was awesome,she looks great and she delivered,im now a huge fan and will try and play some of her music,what a stunning lady.
Great song! Not really a cheap thrillin woman. The things that give to me are going to an art exhibition, catching up with girlfriends, meditation, yoga, being out in nature, gardening, reading, writing, live music, dancing, diving into a pool of water (whether pond, lake, river or ocean), great conversations about social issues, attending rallies to stand up for change, trying out new recipes, live comedy, live sports, going to the theatre, taking time to read The Saturday Paper, taking a bike ride, kayaking, camping, exploring new places, trying new things and learning new stuff every day. I'm building more of these things into my life here each day.

Sounds great Lissie! After enjoying it a bunch on repeat,start to hear those awesome little nuances that make Lissie's vocals so unique. Not sure if the musicians are from the road band or studio. especially dig the bass line &drummer locked down so tight up to the solo. Video fits well with the tune. skateboard guy, thought i was only 1 had that 1? Like they all end up at sleepers anon. Wish u all the Best. We'll catch ya on ur way back thru!

As several people have eluded to, Lissie sometimes sounds like Stevie Nicks. Can there be a better compliment to a female vocalist? Regardless, I could listen to Lissie all day, and never get bored - brilliant, nuff said

Perfect production (audio and visual) to serve this song. Passionate vocal delivery, should be at the top of the charts with Lorde and Haim, let's hope the US wakes up a bit with this record. Been a fan since Paste magazine 2007!

Lissie wont change. She does everything the way She wants to do it 😊 She is an independent artist now (After being dropped by her label in 2015). But she wasn't happy there as they wanted her to be something she isn't. But she is really happy now, bought a farm In Iowa and lives there with he BF. Lissie is currently on tour the now, and her new album is out April 2019
