Hi great video.. i have a mini i will or want to tint.. its a 2001 mini no factory tint . I want to pick ypur brain 2hwt can i put on front drivers / passenger well confused lol.. thanks
i have 20% tints on my driver and passenger side and 5% at the back. For about an year never been stopped unless u drive like an animal and catch attention of feds

A 50% films shades 50% so adding 50% films to a 30% shaded front door window would also make it over the limit. You may never get stopped by the Police as its very light. But still run the risk of no insurance depending on what company you are with or what company the person who may have hit your car is with.

Preach bro, it's not a joke.
Keep it legal
People confuse the percentages. The stupid think they can tint up to 70 per cent. Your video is super clear 👍
Thanks.. Yeah exactly.. Most new cars are already back on the limit of what VLT is allowed.

What % black tint would you recommend for the front windscreen and front side windows in the uk, and same question for the back 3 window😅
Back 3 can be tinted as dark as you like but nothing can be added to the front screen or 2 front doors.

Good intel, bud!
What about mirror tint. Regards normal tints, isit true that the police just want to see who is driving?
Sure, don't we all need to see who's driving? Checking to see if a driver has seen you make eye contact give the nod at junctions..
@@sctints7621 You give the nod for another car to pass, cross etc and that car crashes. It's not your fault it crashed.
I’ve heard if u get caught up get 3 points as well is that true??
Yep also get your car impounded if really dark or even done for dangerous driving.
@@sctints7621 and what about 70% tints on front windows? They are legal initt
If you kill someone then you risk going to prison
So 50% on the front side windows are fine?
