Noida vs Gurgaon is not needed. It should be Noida & Gurgaon. Why can’t we eat both rasmalai and gulabjamun? Noida & Gurgaon both are top locations. Choose both or either of them based on your requirements and budget.

This is the worst time to buy a properties because rates are so high/hypied and best time to sell your old property to make money. within every 10 years of time you always get an oppertunity to buy propertiy like it was frm 2018 to 2020, so dont follow this bhed chaal . I have experienced the same in stock as well.
