Cod games will never be the same as they were in the glory days. The next generation of gamers are learning faster and adapting quicker than the Ogs ever did. Call of duty has also been around for so long that most of the people that are in your lobbies are going to be competent enough to be a challenge ESPECIALLY in the early access beta
I thought they were supposed to nerf the bunny hopping and drop shotting so that you’re more focused on gun skill rather than playing like you’re in a ranked match in Advanced Warfare? After watching a lot of Cold War videos from Drift0r, Eight Thoughts, Lottie, Hollow, Blame Truth, the main complaint I’ve seen / heard is the SBMM makes this game unplayable and they got little to no enjoyment from playing despite it being only a beta.
I’m not sure why they couldn’t have held off for another year or at least delay this 6 months since the world was shutdown from a unseen pandemic. The other fact was this title was just thrown to Treyarch at the last minute so a delay would have been totally understandable but of course I can see the business side of releasing a half assed game so that everyone can go run out and purchase this CoD day one. Myself? I’m going to wait until the price drops down to $40 like I did with MW last year.
They gotta have the money since, hello, new consoles are coming out!! They cant wait for it. They “have” to release it to be “the few games out on new consoles” so people HAVE to buy them. Activision dont care about quality, they care about money. They cucked over Sledgehammer games and Treyarch. They really booted new Sledgehammer games and let Treyarch work on it for about a year. A YEAR! Activision is causing COD in deep shit right now

Tbh, a lot of these "sweats" aren't even sweats. Most casual gamers really do play like this and it's not that hard to slide/jump shot. The issue is that black ops 4 blessed you with so much cheese to where you're used to cheap kills with the strobe light/crossbow, so you're not used to using a reg gun and running around anymore lol, just my thoughts.

I think what a lot of people still don’t realize is that this game isn’t really a Treyarc cod. You can clearly see that the fundamentals are Sledgehammer Games. Treyarc just took over last minute... we will only see 3 lane maps in Treyarc cods.
I like how the community complained about 3 lane maps for years but now that we don’t have them anymore, they want the 3 lane.
As of now, I only preordered this for zombies.
Definitely wanna try to enjoy this but the sweat based match making and the garbo ass maps are ruining it. Legit doesn’t feel like a 3arc game...

As long as they do the classic formula of original perks and don't make us do 5-7 steps just to open a power switch. The SBMM in this beta feels worse than the alpha! Can't wait for the weekend so I can dl the beta on my reverse boosted PS4... The majority consensus on Twitter seems to be against SBMM idk what they're thinking especially since this is the early access period where the sweats are out in force. Sad to see you had to put the game down for a bit because of the jump sliding matchmaking :(

Hey Thunder my bro, I'm having exactly the same issues. Random Aim assist (sometimes works, sometimes doesn't). SBMM tweaked to 100. Poor visibility, enemies and Team mates all look the same. Shitty maps etc. Also, the Cronus must be on special, everyone is a Terminator. Call of Duty is Finally dead. Ah well, Zombies it is than lol.
Theaim assist is to counter you. If your doing well and the game wants to knock you back a peg it will disable your aim assist. Or If a dude is getting destroyed they will give him high aim assist to help him out, I started noticing this in WW2. Im just shocked there isnt more people that can see through the bull shit that is call of duty.
Zombies better be fucking good. If not Cod can go fk themselves for good after this one. I’m dun w the bullshit. This bullshits far more worse than last gen’s bs. Last gen will forever be the best COD games.

G3tshot Heett - No doubt from what I’ve seen and from what others have said there are numerous issues that are seriously making the game no fun. Hell several streamers cut their streams way short because they couldn’t continue playing it. The funniest review that someone said it was like playing a slightly better Modern Warfare!

Edward Elric everyone complained during WW2 and BO4 that all the maps were 3 lane said they wanted more diverse maps. Now people complain that there are no 3 lane maps. I swear cod kids will complain at literally anything they have in the game.
Bossman true the devs cant please everyone but they just seem to be different than how they used to be. These maps just don’t feel like Treyarch made them, maybe Infinity Ward.

I personally like it.. I don’t use any assault rifles or nothing like that, I may or may not use Smgs as a secondary. I only snipe, that’s it. Most shooting games don’t have a lot of snipers so if the one or 2 snipers imma use for the life span of call of duty takes forever to unlock its attachments that’s good for me.

To speed up frames lower your field of view a little.anything above 90 lowers frames.i have mines slightly below 90, around 82.when I lowered it I noticed snipers started missing more often and guys standing right behind me were missing shots
