This video is a followup on the last video I uploaded in which I focus more on destroying the PC.
I feel horrible for the victim who lost $48k. That happened to my husband several years ago. He never recovered financially and emotionally. He took his life 4 years ago. This scammers damage not only the victims but victim's family and friends.
😢
So sorry that happened and for your loss. That is just devastating.
So sorry to hear about your loss. They are trying to scam local retired people here, I have instructed to all of them to put the phone down and do not give any personal information to anyone who rings up. This is the indian tech economy "miracle".
I’m sorry for your loss, may I ask what’s the scammers name we’re?
@@user-qr5vt3yz3q You think they know the name of someone who stole 48 thousand dollars.
I am almost 70 years old and I am gobsmacked that people fall for these scams. I love to see scammers cry like little girls when you steal their data and trash their computer.
Glad to hear you're enjoying the content Dennis!
Same here. I just say yes and keep saying it or I say nothing and hang up. I’m going to try a whistle next.
I think it just depends on the person
Just listening to them speak is enough to know it’s a scam

The best thing about this video isn’t your skills, which are cool as hell. It’s you spinning up and taking action in the defense of another person. That says a lot about your character. Thank you.

Love seeing the destruction. Yeah they'll start up again, but it takes time, and they have to burn through money to get there. After all the YT content now of going after scammers, if they continue, they accept the risk of being pwned.
Watching videos like Kitboga are fun for entertainment. But what you do bro is pure pleasure. I'm not sure how you do it but you are a true hero! Keep up the great work. Not all heros wear capes. Love and respect from California!

Bank employees need to get more involved, especially with big sums of money like that. At the very least they should print out the person’s current statements and ask them if it looks correct. That way the victims can see no actual money was sent to them. All banks should just make that official procedure. It must of sucked hearing that poor older man getting scammed and being helpless to do anything to stop it. I even felt that way and I’m just a viewer watching this from 6 months ago.
for minimum wage you want a bank teller to be an fbi agent in between long lines of people cashing stimulus checks and complaining about overdrafts? If each individual were more vigilent, meaning we all accepted just a small share of responsibility, the problem would be fixed. Finding a place to "dump" the problem aka saying bank tellers should "Do something" is kind of lazy in my opinion.
You have the ability to do something yourself by educating others, so do that. Saying "oh someone else should really do something about this" is basically you enjoying the reward of doing something good without doing anything at all. If you feel so passionately about this and want to protect victims, make sure everyone in your life is fully aware of these scams. You will quickly discover a lot of victims dont even want to be saved.
@ambassador You're not wrong. My friend got scammed and they cashed a fake check into their account and the bank was acting like she did it herself and didnt give a fuck she was getting scammed.
Scammers that operate in my country found a way for that too, they convince old people that bank employees are trying to scam them and they need to keep their mouth shut
or maybe we cant stop people from being so stupid? Maybe not have a bank tell people who can and cant get money.
@@mmaybee2353 Great idea! When an old man loses most of his life’s savings to some lowlife scammer, we should all point and laugh because the old man was “stupid”! What kind of awful bank would want a person to see what their current account is before handing them large sums of money? I must of forgotten what planet I was on to even think some people might want to look out for one another, silly me! Thank you for correcting me, you brilliant queef!

Thanks for what you do. I have no clue why there isn’t a quick rundown from the bank when doing a wire transfer explaining how this scam works. That way at least it would get the elderly thinking and questioning am I getting scammed and hopefully they would ask for help. Man I swear these scammer pieces of shit make my skin crawl.
It is a pity you cannot blast "this is a scam, hang up" from the computer you are connected to. In the hope that those on the phone can hear it.
They do sometimes, but it warns the scammer they've been hacked. I'm sure he would have if he could have though.

That and hack their Facebook and email everyone to expose them as criminals
I find corrupting their BIOS or even changing such settings to destroy hardware., Over Voltage ie: 45E to as high as allowed. Result computer quickly overheats. Love your work. Keep on trucking!!!
@@danbrisson432 you can start fires like that?!?! Thank you for your work sir.
@@mikesterling8825 No! Computers have thermal protection, such as thermistors. The computer won't work until it gets below the factory preset. After cooling, it will run for a designated time, until it reaches that temperature. Repeated stress on the components could increase mean average failure time. Most scammers use cheap laptops and can be fixed. ( secret). Machines that have overclocking capabilities which are expensive machines can be fixed rather easily. Nobody should use a means that could cause damage to human beings. Fire could cause harm. Scam Baiters take a position of putting scammers out of business not cause any harm but take a lot of time to return their equipment down and hard to return to service.
@@earlspencer7863 Don't forget Facebook is a third party company. If he hacks their Facebook profile he could get arrested.
My grandmother use to tell me.....a fool and his money shall soon part. We have lived in a safe society for so long it has made us weak and stupid. I feel for these people but if they arent more protective of themselves, and their money, than this.....they can only be mad at themselves.
You're right but you can lift people up by helping to educate. Telling people they're dumb doesn't help you or them.
@ambassador what country are you from?
I don’t necessarily think these people are stupid, they are probably just accustomed to living in a high trust society. When you think about it, as far fetched as these scammer stories are, it’s almost more unfathomable that another human being could treat another so cruelly and with such evil. No humanity at all.

That was genius.
Can you do something to their computers where they’re locked until you receive 10 kilos of tendies and hunny mussy and there’s a 10 minute timer. And if they don’t come through all they hear is “reeeeeeeee” upon starting up.
That would be an evil tool for scambaiters

When i saw that you subscribed for yourself from his pc and profile i died laughing xDDDDDD
why do they never change their colour scheme to improve performance
There is a book titled: "Elder Fraud Wars". It examines how cognitive decline with age leaves (some) elderly people uniquely vulnerable to scammers. They lose their ability to think skeptically. The victims end up trusting the scammer more than they trust their own children or other advocates who are trying to help. Very frustrating and disheartening, and it makes the crimes of the scammers all the more heinous. Remember that this is a generation that was not raised with technology, and many probably only have a computer because their kids bought one for them so they can get emails, and see photos of their grandkids on FB. They are probably terrified that every time they turn it on they are going to push the "wrong" button and break it. Everyone needs to be having a frank conversation with their parents about what scamming looks like.
I love how he has jim brownings video as his recommended for you section lmao they really are doing research but not enough to stop the legends
I also use to get scammers call. But, usually I ignore them because in my caller id it shows that it's scam but recently I got a call even I knew I picked up the call from one of the scammer telling that I have some issue in my router. I asked the scammer that from where he is calling he said he is from NBN Australia's office. As I am a IT person myself asked him about some technical question he fucked up there while answering and I heard him talking Hindi and as I understand their language and I asked how can you talk hindi if you are an Aussie. That guy hanged up the phone in hurry.
@scambaiter I like watching your video and love the work you are doing. I wish I could do the same. lots of love for your work from Australia.. keep it up.

"World's Loudest Earrape" now has double the subs. LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome job. All these scammers ripping off unsuspecting old people should be in jail, or at least, lose all of their files every time they try to scam someone. It would be great, hypothetically, if someone could figure out where they are getting their electricity from, and then contact that power company and give them a stop service order saying they are moving to another location. No power...no scams. They will probably get it turned back on in a day or so then, cancelling their internet service would be helpful.
Lol you showed the scammer's IP... GOOD JOB
Looks like your an up n coming tech support scam baiter, awesome! Keep doin what you do! 👍

Great opportunity having access to one of their machines. You may want to start looking up the router/gateway for the machine -- I bet some of these jokers have default credentials setup. You could brick a router and do more damage :)

I can only wish I had your skillset. Happy to see someone who tries to shut these guys down. Why aren't cops involved? Their usual answer is it's a civil matter. Try to find out who you can sue. They are invisible. This is not a "civil matter."
Cops in America don't have jurisdiction and cops in India are getting bribes.

I wonder if you could of pretended to be the old man on way to bank , if he would have cussed out the old man he was talking to and then the old man would hang up? The scammers actually think all Americans, Canadians and Brits are well off. They don't care AT ALL that they steal money. Some fool themselves into
believing that North American, Brits and Europeans all deserved to be scammed and robbed because of British Imperialism etc.!
Unfortunately, prejudice begets prejudice right back. All we can do is try to do right and help others.
We all make a choices that send us all on different paths, both good and bad. Thank you for taking the good path and helping others!

Those cybersecurity trainings that all the companies require for employees now, they should be required for retired people who aren’t aware. Everyone should be highly aware of social engineering tactics, if not for the company they work for but for their own personal sake. It’s very difficult to prosecute these cases. It’s up to the individual to see the red flags of an untrustworthy contact. The scammers are very savvy to obtain consent in very shrouded terms. Although they operate under false pretense, the plausible deniability in the recorded consent statement really does screw everything up. Who can prosecute an international crime like that, shrouded in shady gray areas? What law enforcement agency has that jurisdiction of the resources? It’s no wonder that scamming is a huge moneymaker in India and elsewhere.
