These are truly bad people. I suppose in a country with such an appalling gulf between the haves and have nots some of them may be scratching a living to feed family but it’s no excuse. The most interesting thing is that the videos show that governments and the police could access the technology to identify scammers but seem to have little interest in doing so! 200 years ago before we became “civilised”, thieves such as this were hanged or transported to do hard labour in the colonies. The Indian government probably doesn’t care because this is in effect an invisible export and a net inflow the the Indian economy,

I worked so hard for months and was able to save $550 to buy a cell phone for my mom . I got scamed so bad that it broke my heart. I wanted to gift her for her birthday but all my saving were gone . I Tried with commonweath bank but they did not care at all even though i had all the proof and fraud bank account name and no. It really breaks my heart thinking about other victims. I wish I could get here a new phone . I will never be able to trust any online transaction now.

You are amazing my friend. Over 2 years ago a bunch of men scammed my grandmother, having her go to the local cvs and and dollar general to buy gift cards. In total she spent $682, that day I was called by the cashier because she was on the phone and her car wouldn’t start as I was walking up I saw her in tears because they were screaming, and threatening her . I am still heartbroken about it. She was 68 then and anytime a scammer calls her I take the phone and go off. But this definitely made my day honestly bas me tearing up you’re an outstanding kid.

All "scamming money" goes to their vile and coward bosses that are never exposed in these videos. Her mother thinks he's doing a normal job at a call center and would probably beat him to death if she knew the truth.
@@rft9776, I think they all deserve a bunch of years in jail, but also better opportunities after that, which will never happen to any of them. Most humans would be inclined to do evil things when raised without proper education altogether and exposed to the wrong ethics all their lives (notice how poverty really has no role in this: my grandpas were poor and never hurt anyone). So I’m not saying their acts are forgivable but I do think they wouldn’t have chosen to be scammers if raised with proper education and good principles. I’m not justifying them but I guarantee the environment they live in plays a big role in making them choose the wrong path.
