@AngryPapaSmurf From what I've seen in the rural US, the majority culture out there has as just as high a rate crime, violence, domestic abuse, drug culture, and apathy as anything you'd see in the inner city. Check out some FBI stats on their website comparing a rural country vs an inner city. You might be surprised

Henry VIII WAS a good looking guy - six feet tall, with a 32" waist and 40" shoulders. Loved to dance and play instruments. Very athletic. In his 30's Henry suffered two serious head injuries - one while jousting when a lance pierced his visor.
He was unconscious for over two hours. A year later he landed on his head while attempting to vault over a stream.
He suffered traumatic brain injury, and permanent damage, and over several years turned into the tyrant we all know.
By age 40 he was spiraling out of control. Henry's waistline was at a massive 52" when he died.

Anne of Cleves was chosen by Thomas Cromwell to showcase to Henry in hopes he would make an alliance with her Protestant country. Holbein sketched her and her portrait was shown to Henry before he decided to marry her, shortly after Jane Seymours death. So, Henry chose her.
He went to meet her with Thomas Cromwell and Anne did not anticipate this.
When the day of the first meeting between the two came, Henry had on a disguise.
Anne, none the wiser, did not make a fuss over the king, of course, because she had no clue it was even him. This enraged Henry. When Anne found out that the masked man had been the King of England, her betrothed, she was mortified. But it was his fault, how was she supposed to know?!
So, then after returning to London, when they tried several times to consummate the marriage, Henry was not able.
Due to his age and due to his injury from the joust years before. His leg had started to become gangrenous. This, along with the fact that he'd psyched himself out about her not coddling over him upon their first meeting is the real reason he could not consummate.
After a couple of months of trying, they, along with certain ambassadors, had decided to end the marriage.
The Tudor propaganda machine is likely the culprit of the outrageous rumors of Anne being so hideous that Henry wanted nothing to do with her. The Flanders Mare, I believe is one of the supposed things he'd been said to refer to her as, along with him reportedly saying "I like her NOT".
Its known by Historians that this is simple propaganda and has no truth to it at all.

Average life expectancy of humans in general have gradually improved over decades and centuries due to economic, scientific and technological breakthroughs and developments in many fields like in agriculture, food production, nutrition, medicine, education, sanitation/hygiene, housing, etc. that raised standard of living that modern civilization has benefitted from. Of course average life expectancy means outliers in both ends like shorter in poorer/underdeveloped countries, and higher in richer, industrialized countries. So, average life expectancy like say in the time of Christ (1st century AD) compared to today’s 21st century is like day and night.

Oh My Goodness, Now this is what AI should be sued for, to teach history and give that warm feeling of them happy to meet us, It's like they came to life, and like they were all aware and happy to meet us. Now, this is what AI should be used for to teach History. It gave me chills and I was so happy to see them come to life - Thank You - Please do more

Brings these characters closer to here and now, very thought provoking. Very well done. Of course I'm sure we all question the accuracy of some of the older paintings, I wouldn't have enjoyed being the portraitist of Henrt VIII.
