Try adding Glycine powder instead of the low sugar drink. Glycine is as sweet as sugar and it’s one component of glutathione. It has skin lightening benefits & it helps you sleep as well.
Thanks for the recommendation. I'll try and get a small size pack to see if I really like it. Months later, my stash of sucralose is just lying around wasted 'cause I can no longer stand the taste! 🤦🏽♂️
Take the glutathione anally or vaporized via nebulizer with just 1 or 2 grams of vitamin C and see the difference within a week, if your aim is to get lighter. You don't need to over does on the vitamin c
The aim has always been to even out my skin tone so that exposed body parts match unexposed body parts as closely as possibly. So far I've almost achieved that and I'm happy with the progress so far. Increasing the absorption via the anus sounds extreme and tedious for me 😂🤣
No I haven't actually. I went with Jarrow because they say it has OPITAC technology which is said to boost its absorption etc. It's on the official site
I found nutricost 500mg 240 caps cheaper on Amazon than jarrow’s. Is there a reason why you prefer jarrows glutathione or is nutricost’s okay too and would work as fine as jarrows? 😄
I think they won me over with the scientific research documentation on their website at the time. That's why I went with them plus they are a widely recognized brand. Nutricost should work just fine too... Hope it's reduced glutathione?
I added glycine to the routine 2 months ago. Yet to get glutamine. Glutathione can be quite expensive and smelly compared to the precursors so I'm hoping using them instead from time to time will help
🤣 🤣 🤣 I don't have a passion for it. I just like experimenting with it just like I do with gadgets. It's a hobby 😁😁. Dermatology can be very nasty in my opinion. Makes my skin crawl to be sincere 🤦🏾♂️
😂😂 I don't like stress and my skin crawls easily that's why I'm not a dermatologist. I do my best to keep the scientific details as simple as possible 🙏🏾❤️😁
Aaaw. Thanks a lot🙏🏾. It's still a work in progress with good days and bad days but I'm most definitely not where I started at the moment and I'm grateful for that. Thanks once again 😁
I have a video planned on this because I've been off Glutathione for close to 2 months now and my skin color hasn't changed. I'm just taking NAC and vitamin C
@@MohammadAsif-tu2os Based on what I've read about melasma and deep layer hyperpigmentation, I don't think something as simple as NAC can solve it. Sorry man 🙁
Yes it's the same thing (if we see talking of tablets). If it's a capsule, it's almost the same thing. Just know that the body would have to break down the capsule first before it gets to the content. I initially used the NAC in capsule form and saw results. I only switched to the powder form as I discovered it was cheaper. The only major side effect with the powder is the smell. It's pretty hard to tolerate 🤮
Your voice is so calming~~~
Thank you ❤️🙏🏾
You are such a great teacher bravo 🎊

Udegbunam Chuks lmaooo
🤔
Will NAC cure melasma? After how much time will I see improvement if I take 1200 mg NAC daily?
Have you tried nutricost glutathione? I was thinking about trying gkutathione from their brand. Its cost effective.

Great video, thank you so much
You're welcome. Thanks for watching 😊

@@UdegbunamChuks yes it is reduced. I would try it out. If it doesn’t work, no big deal it’s all trial and error till you find what works anyways😂

add a source of glycine and glutamine along w the NAC, the 3 create glutathione. also selenium and ala recycle glutathione.

Can you please tell me what is the correct dosage to take with these 3 precursors ?

Can you do a review on your results? Like before and after photos
Unfortunately I have no before pics as I had no intention of vlogging about my journey with glutathione when I started. All I have are current pics.
@@UdegbunamChuks where are the pictures
Why didn't you just major in dermatology especially as you have passion for it?

Do you take the Nac with the Glutathione Reduced? Or do you take them on alternative days?
I take NAC, Vitamin C and Glutathione together always. On days I'm not taking glutathione I just take NAC and Vitamin C only
Udegbunam Chuks thank you I will be following you page. From what I can see you skin look 👀 amazing!

What are you referring to please?
How long have you been taking this? And when did you start seeing results? Please
I can't remember now. It's been long. I discussed all that in the video before this one which I linked to in the description box or wetin the video

@@UdegbunamChuks what about astaxanthin?
If u don't know astaxanthin then read about it.. It is very powerful carotenoid!!
I think I've heard about it in passing but never bothered to read up on it. Thanks for the recommendation though 😊🙏🏼
@@UdegbunamChuks I know a lot about melasma supplements but I don't have money to buy them😔
How about time release vitamin C with glutathione?
That would most probably work better as it would stay longer in the system
How many times would you recommend doing this a day?
I take it just once a day on an empty stomach. I don't think I can bear taking it twice a day. The smell isn't so good at all.
@@UdegbunamChuks Okay, would you say it's the same if you're use tablets of NAC and Vitamin C instead of powder?
