    Ingredients:- Boneless Chicken (cut into pieces) - 500 gms., 2 Medium Sized Onions - Cut into Cubes, 1 Medium Sized Capsicum - cut into cubes, Ginger Paste - 2 table-spoon, Garlic Paste - 2 table-spoon, Green Chilli Paste - 1 table-spoon, Tomato Sauce - 2 tea-spoons, Green Chilli Sauce - 2 tea-spoons, Soy Sauce - 2 tea-spoons, Cornflour - 2 table-spoons, Maida - 2 table-spoons, Green Chillies - 6 (slit into pieces), Refined Oil - 250 ml, Black Pepper - 2 tea-spoons, Red Chilli Powder - 2 tea-spoons, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 tea-spoons, Salt to taste, Pinch of Sugar, 1 Egg, Water - 200 ml.
    Cooking Process:-
    i) Marinating Chicken - Marinate the Chicken pieces with Ginger Paste - 1 table-spoon, Garlic Paste - 1 table-spoon, Green Chilli Paste - 1/2 table-spoon, Cornflour - 2 table-spoons, Maida - 2 table-spoons, Black Pepper - 1 tea-spoons, Red Chilli Powder - 1 tea-spoons, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 tea-spoons, Salt to taste, 1 Egg. Keep the marinated chicken covered for at least 1 hour in refrigerator for best result.
    ii) Preparing the Sauce - Make the sauce by mixing 2 table-spoon cornflour, 2 table -spoon maida, 2 table-spoon tomato sauce, 2 table-spoon green chilli sauce, 2 table-spoon soy sauce and little water
    iii) Frying Marinated Chicken Pieces - Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces until light golden brown. Make sure you do not over-fry like in pakoras
    iv) Making Final Gravy - Saute Cube shaped onions, capsicum, ginger-garlic & green chilli paste, red chilli powder & black pepper, salt and pinch of sugar in a frying pan in refined oil. Put the Sauce Mixture prepared before into the frying pan. Add 200 ml. hot water and adjust the consistency. Put the fried chicken pieces into the gravy and toss and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
