finally!! been meaning to find the animator for this sequence and I'm happy PA said it on his stream! My jaw dropped the first time I saw this, the background being animated is insane to me, and it was so well executed. Bravo!

A channel called "Lendon" archived the VOD if you want to check it out, and PA goes over the first cutscene at around the 4 hour mark. Hope this helps!

288 frames 24fps, i cant count how many drawings there are , i wish there is like drawing counter.
