Here we'll show you how quickly you can turn a sheet of plywood into a useful book or notepad cover. With the popular living hinge graphic pattern you can laser cut hardwoods and other non-flexible materials which allows them to bend with ease.
I created the vector files in inkscape. If the interest is there I can show the process.

I dont see the point in cutting the hinge in the paper. Seems like it wood be more durable with out it. how is the book assembled / all held together?

What settings did you use for this project?
Engraving the plywood was 40% power 200mm/s
Cutting was 60% power 20mm/s
Paper was cut at 20% power and 200mm/s
What was the thickness of the plywood?
Most likely 3mm
