1. Check the accumulator pressure if shifting is slow. The needle on your accumulator gauge should slowly decrease to 0 almost instantly after you turn the pump on. If it does not drop to 0 instantly, or if it does, but at 50 bar, you have low/no pressure in your accumulator bottle.
2. The proximity switches should all have two led lights on them, a green one that shows it has good power and ground and a yellow one that signals when it sees the cylinder at the end of the stroke, The switches nearest the water box are generally the most important and should take turns lighting up every stroke, The symptom you describe in the video suggests you may have a stuck ON switch. To confirm this, you can check if any of the yellow led lights are stuck on. It should only light up for a split second at the end of a stroke. If it stays on, it keeps shifting the s-tube back and forth, creating that back and forth movement.
