There was a time in my life where I hadn’t played a FF game or listened to the music in years and years, and somehow this motif came out of my brain while I was trying to write a punk rock song for my band at the time. I couldn’t place it, and nobody else in the band thought it sounded familiar so we went with it 😂 Years later when I got back to replaying FF games I realized it

Some good alternative suggestions in here already, but I have to mention Midnight Rendezvous and Jessie’s Theme off the FF VII remake as well. Fabulous cover of “Eyes” though Jimmy, you always capture the essence and emotion of the source material.
Thanks Andy! I personally don’t think any new FF songs hold a candle to the classics because it just doesn’t carry that same nostalgia. But that’s just my personal take. Those are both great songs too!
