I Cant Find The QUEEN!

I was contacted by a fellow beekeeper to do a Swarm removal in NCSE Technical Institute Trinidad W.I. I was told that this swarm had been on this pole for 3 days now. The instructors at the institute knew the importance of the bees and decided to find a beekeeper who will remove the swarm safely to a new home. In this swarm I had a lot of trouble finding the queen.

Will you add some combs to the swarm or just leave them as is to start building new ones...?

Once you feed them they build up pretty quickly

@@nolimitbeekeepingchannel actually once I collected a swarma and got the queen which I caged also. But within few hours, the colony left the queen behind in the cage and swarmed! :( Then someone told me that I should have added a comb with brood to the colony; this would have motivated the worker bees to stay and take care of the to-be-born "babies". Hence my question to you...what do you think?
