It would be nice for the next up clip at one of the corners as preview instead of having it on the big screen because sometimes it get confusing. If u look down and look up I get confused at which exercise we are doing.
I really envy the amount of core strength you must have god i did this without the weights and it was still super hard. please keep the ab workouts, your videos are always super challenging !

i thought it would involve more weight between the feet, so i did this with 3.3lbs ankle weights on each. it was a challenge, but honestly i'd recommend! great workout

Hi!!! So I did her 11 line ab workout with her 7 min in Heaven hiit along with another of her 5 min hiit. It worked really well and I gained some great 11 line definition. But don't forget to do the workouts properly with great form and eat healthy! These tips made a BIG difference.😃
It's sooo hard following along with your workout 😩😩. I wish you didn't talk over the current rep/set notifying us about the following set. It's soooo confusing. 😭😭 And the timer overlaps
