    Loved this! Totally adding this into my workout routine! Can I recommend something? It would be nice for the next up clip at one of the corners as preview instead of having it on the big screen because sometimes it get confusing. If u look down and look up I get confused at which exercise we are doing.

    I really envy the amount of core strength you must have god i did this without the weights and it was still super hard. please keep the ab workouts, your videos are always super challenging !

    i thought it would involve more weight between the feet, so i did this with 3.3lbs ankle weights on each. it was a challenge, but honestly i'd recommend! great workout

    I am literally sweating so much right now after doing the second day of medium week
    After doing pamela Reifs workouts for some time i didn’t feel so challenged like today before

      Hi!!! So I did her 11 line ab workout with her 7 min in Heaven hiit along with another of her 5 min hiit. It worked really well and I gained some great 11 line definition. But don't forget to do the workouts properly with great form and eat healthy! These tips made a BIG difference.😃
