The best weighted obliques I’ve seen yet!! I’ve followed Pamela Reif and love her spirit, but I’m a bit over the many planks and mountain climbers for all the ab work. Following you now! So effective.
Your work outs are the only ones that get results in the promised times you say. I don't feel depleted or fell like I am starving I dont get too enegised or sluggish. I have been skinny fat with problem areas that hard to discipline but your work out work Thank you!!!!!
I'd love it if you did a voiceover giving cues for each exercise in your videos....sometimes I'm not sure what to look out for/ whether I'm doing it right hahah. But thank you for the workout! :)
I really like the exercises, but could you maybe put a small break between a few of them. That would definitely help me. Besides that, thank you very much :)

Your workout videos are great but one thing that really bother viewers are that you always drag up your leggings after you finish an exercise. It is just annoying to see you do that every time in your videos. Hopefully you can improve on that in your future videos.
