Yes. I used the same method in this video. I discovered that it was the act of rebinding to my account that automatically reversed my changes. It would be doing 35kmh then the moment I bind it dropped to 25kmh. Trick was to do this process in the video without unbinding the scooter. So do the steps whilst still binded, that way speed remains in tact.
@@ctvx Yeah that sucks, I found it later. Mine came with 1.4.12. I will patiently wait till the warranty expires and then purchase a new control board allowing to flash the the FW.

dont try to find it. they patched it, you cant increase the speed anymore after the 1.4.10 update
