I likewise was censored for sharing Nehemia’s video on the name. Though Nehemia has good arguments against Yahuah and Yahweh, he depends entirely on the opinion of the Masorites to support Yehovah. Linguistic analysis points to Yehueh being the original pronunciation at the time of King David.

I suggest you listen to some of Nehemia's videos on this topic...
      He has several of them.
He did a few with Michael Rood that explains why it's "Yah" at the end of a Name, and " Yeh" at the beginning of a Name...
It's how the Hebrew language works...
Do a little research, you'd be surprised what you'll learn.
I'd leave a link, but they never post on UA-cam for me...

There is no “J” in the Hebrew alphabet. There is “Yod”. Therefore HIS Holy Name is: YEHOVAH! Furthermore, His Son’s Name is: Yeshua and He IS Alive. He IS going to “appear” in the air to (“rapture”) His “Bride” (The Believers in Yeshua) and we’ll be caught up to meet Him in the air. BUT He will come back to Mt Olive where He ascended the first time two thousand years ago. THIS is His “second coming” for Israel His people! Please read and understand 1 Thessalonians 4…
..Now, brothers, we want you to know the truth about those who have died; otherwise, you might become sad the way other people do who have nothing to hope for. For since we believe that Yeshua died and rose again, we also believe that in the same way God, through Yeshua, will take with him those who have died. When we say this, we base it on the Lord’s own word: we who remain alive when the Lord comes will certainly not take precedence over those who have died. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a rousing cry, with a call from one of the ruling angels, and with God’s shofar; those who died united with the Messiah will be the first to rise; then we who are left still alive will be caught up with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and thus we will always be with the Lord. So encourage each other with these words.
This “Appearance” is for “The Believers”. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
      1 Thessalonians 4
      HOWEVER:
Acts 1 is the “Second Coming for Israel…
But you will receive power when the Ruach HaKodesh comes upon you; you will be my witnesses both in Yerushalayim and in all Y’hudah and Shomron, indeed to the ends of the earth!”
After saying this, he was taken up before their eyes; and a cloud hid him from their sight. As they were staring into the sky after him, suddenly they saw two men dressed in white standing next to them. The men said, “You Galileans! Why are you standing, staring into space? This Yeshua, who has been taken away from you into heaven, will come back to you in just the same way as you saw him go into heaven.”
      Acts chapter 1
This “Second Coming” is for His People Israel🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

God's name was also preserved through the names of Israel.
Numbers 6:27 And they must place my name upon the people of Israel, that I may bless them.”
Hebrews originally took great pride in knowing God by his name. To honor God Hebrew parents often christened their children with names that incorporated the divine name in various ways including the parents of Jesus. Several dozen Hebrew names were derived by fusing the first and first and second syllable of YHWH with other words. For example, here are a number of Hebrew names whose first syllable corresponds to the first syllable of the divine name: Je-coliah, Je-coniah, Je-daiah, and others.
    Other Hebrew proper names integrated the first two syllables. Names such as the following: Je-ho-addah, Je-ho-addin, Je-ho-ahaz, Je-ho-ash, Je-ho-hanan, Je-hoi-achin, Je-hoi-da, Je-ho-ram, Je-ho-shabeath, Je-ho-shaphat, Je-ho-sheba,
    Je-ho-shua (Jesus)
The various Hebrew names above prove that the vowels associated with YH, or JH in English, are “e” and “o,” indicating that the first two syllables in English are: Je-ho.
Other Hebrew names used the last syllable of YHWH to form a suffix for a new name -names that end in “ah” or “iah.” And there are many. Here are just a few to illustrate the point: Hezek-iah, Jerem-iah, Zephan-iah.
The use of “iah” as a suffix indicates that the third syllable was pronounced with “a” sound. Putting it all together the English name Jehovah perfectly reflects the way the Hebrews spelled the word

The Jews did this practice of adding vowels to the Tetragrammaton YHWH, and Nehemia denies this fact because it does not fit into his narrative, which he found much evidence of the Scriptures containing vowels of e-o-a placed onto God's name consisting of only the consonants YHWH while all the words in the original Hebrew Bible are without vowels, and yet the whole Hebrew Bible does not use vowels in all the words, but there upon the consonantal name of God are the Hebrew vowels e-o-a (Cholem-Shewa-Qamets). Because of the practice of the Jews placing vowels to remind the readers in the synagogues not to pronounce the name of God, but say, "Adonai," instead. Nehemia has found so many examples of these vowels on the name of God, and so he runs with this, but in time he was challenged, and so he is here in this video back-peddling.

The Name is turning the world upside-down again, and those learning the original source of Aramaic is Assyrian are growing concerned.
YOD-HAY-UAU is YAHU. SHIN-AYIN is the suffix in ALISHA (H477) and YAHUSHA (H3091).
H3068 (YOD-HAY-UAU-HAY) uses four vowels for the Name of YAHUAH in at least 6,823 places in Scripture.
The suffix SHA is from the root YASHA (YOD-SHIN-AYIN.
    The prophet "ISA-IAH" is YASHAYAHU,
YAHU+SHA is H3091, and found 216 times. It means "I am your Deliverer."
It was first used at Num. 13:16 when the name of HUSHA (H1954) was altered.

Accordingly, Ehyeh Asher ehyeh should be read as ahyeh asher ahyeh, meaning "I am the one who causes or creates the becoming of what I cause to become". The shortened form ahyeh is therefore: "I am the one who causes becoming, who makes things be".

    Amen versus Egyptian God Amun???
Yehovah = a variant on HE IS eg is, was, shall be
Amen = so be it ie another verb 'to be' variant
Israel and Egypt are next door and their languages have similiarities
Verbs include the sex of the doer, Prepositions conjugate for person and sex: li lakh, lekha, lo, lah = to me, to you (male), to you (female), to him, to her.
Gods named HE IS is a thing that happens, is Amun a variant of Amen?
I googled the question, there are professors of Mediaeval Latin saying “Nah it's just a coincidence.” there are professors of Byzantine Greek saying “Nah it's just a coincidence.” there are professors of Pre-Classical Latin saying “Nah it's just a coincidence.” there is one professor of Peshita Aramaic saying “Nah it's just a coincidence.” And zero professors of Egyptology opining on either side
Nehemiah, I do not expect you to know the answer, but I do expect that can ask five professors of Egyptology. IFN “Amun” is Egyptian for “the great Ram that spans the Cosmos”, then fine, it's just a coincidence IFN “Amun” is Egyptian for “HE IS” then it is a cognate and IFN nobody knows, then nobody knows.
    Totally separate question:
Yehowah = he is, was and shall be, they took one vowel from each tense to build a portmanteau word. BUT I was taught that Hebrew is like Welsh and ONLY has two tenses, Past versus Present and Future all smooshed together. Vowels of le'Olam is a better fit for all 3 tenses when Hebrew only has 2 tenses.
OK, I got BA in Hebrew, you got PhD, so your guess is probably better than mine. My hypothesis was that the Holy Name is either Pi'el or Hiph'il meaning either HE sooper dooper IIISSS or He causes to exist. ONLY in today's video did I learn that Yahweh is Hiph'il present tense. I had heard that Gesenius decreed Yahweh. I have read 10 Million books saying the Name is Yahweh BECAUSE academics say so.
What would be the vowels be ifn the NAME were Pi'el?

Boaz and his servants greet each other using the name in Ruth 2. We have an ancient letter where a commander writes "Chaiehovah" to his superior, combining, the yud at the end of "chai" with the Yud at the beginning of "Yehovah", just as he would have spoken it. It is obvious that the name was spoken commonly during biblical times, and the prohibition only came later. There is no prohibition against speaking it anywhere in the Torah, so long as you do not swear falsely by it. On the contrary, we can see the shift in rabbinic tradition from speaking it to forbidding it in response to Roman oppression against those who speak it.

Some translations just render it as... "I am what I am", But that is not entirely accurate... An ongoing action is conveyed in the words in Hebrew..as God is always alive...and moving forward in his divine purpose.. which is correctly translated as ..."I will become what I need to be..". The king James Renders it.."I am what I am".. and then tries to link up John chapter 8:58 with the same thing by saying jesus identified himself as the "I am" as a title, but it is not true... Because Jesus wasn't identifying himself in John chapter 8 he was talking about how old he was, if you read the context...
So to answer your question the subtitles are based on christenings understanding of Exodus 314 while ignoring Exodus 315 but correctly rendered it is God identifying himself as Becoming what he needs to become to achieve the divine purpose... some scholars have also said that the complete understanding of the name is "he causes to become"....in the future form.

God's response was literally a description of reality itself; "Forming light, and preparing darkness, Making peace, and preparing evil, I am YHVH, doing all these things." You needed a name to call, so that you could respect yourself, not God, and the name is disputed for that reason.
