What a breathe of fresh air. Our young leaders are so insightful
Insightful analysis and very interesting MP of the ANC. Imagine having youthful leaders like her will get RSA moving Progressively to improve the socio-economic status of the down trodden.. take your flowers lady 🎉🎉
What a great speech! Keep it up Comrade H.!!
Sad truth is the ANC fails to see real leadership in women, honestly, why isn't Fasiha the ANCWL President?
A great person. Glad she came to the show❤
Thank you Sir, you are closing this year in a high note. I loved her honesty on how things are happening in the country and the frustration of not being able to help where you want to….
Incredible lady from the ANC Fasiha Hassan. How I wish I can join ANC now if it has as many comrades of her likeness. My opinion never change is that, this Country needs an directive approach to economical approach to rescue the wealth of this country from the hands of the few to benefits it citizens wholisticaly. Until the Government it determined for that action, this country will remain with its challenges unchanged.
Thanks Sizwe. Great interview. We need leaders like her. Sharp mind!!!
Hey Sizwe, many people view government as this machine, myself included, may you please do one interview explaining how exactly government especially the legislature arm works and their intricate roles, I also hear many fassiha indicated different portfolios but how do their day to day look like?, I know they make laws but how how many laws do we need, for them to remain at work for years and years on.
What an inspiration!
One strength that our President has is negotiating!, it's unfortunate that he doesn't use that to further the needs of black people 💔.
@@Brantley_ZA absolutely I think she miss thet all this was men made and Ram and Praveen they can start neg with pravert capany that owners buy White
That means he has no such skill😂😂
@masiya3802 he does, he's just not using it how you want him to. He's using it to further his own interest and those of the people he regards, which unfortunately for us isn't black people.
@Brantley_ZA thats not negotiating, that's allowing yourself to be used by others to further their interests and benefit in the process. Huge difference. Thats why the word puppet exists.
@@masiya3802that's where you are wrong, don't for a second think that citizen #1 is against most of the decisions he makes 👀.
Lmao Sizwe is a master at picking his words, and how he phrases his questions is so genius 🔥.
Billionaires and millionaires are becoming more richer, this lady is getting something from this so-called GNU,u can hear from how she tells abt this GNU thing
Where and how does global North generate its revenue without so called investment which she classified as a need for South Africa?
One of brightest mind big shout to #MYANC
I won't lie. I had a lot of faith in Fasiha, during her FeesMustFall days. It's unfortunate she's now been sucked into the same establishment she tried to fight back then and will be a part of the same posturing of power and competence the ANC has had for years now.
If you still believe any politician (young or old) or any political party (new or old) will save you in this country. I don't know what to tell you. We just vote for stability not progress now.
I believe she can make changes from the inside rather than having no seat and fighting from the outside. We need more young leaders like her in government.
True policians are scammers. They come in different shapes and colours but same agenda.
*Sometimes the only way out is in.*
i felt the same however she addressed this sometimes it better to fight within
@@carlinepienaar5100You can't make changes in the ANC if that's not what the establishment wants.
Any fool would believe the DA was outsmarted when ANC is failing to transform society because of the Same GNU...Bela?Land?
SACP needs young radical voices ... we suffer ANC gatekeepers.
Well, Thanks Sizwe. I should concede, Ufasiha akasafani!
Ndlozi would also be a dope Guest
I very much like the will to change the status quo from most of your interviewees. I often hear the generational mission being thrown in the mix and I would really love to see the mission accomplished.
Interesting Sizwe to have this young lady on your platform. I'll never expect any member of a certain party coming out to say my party flopped or sold out or compromised when it wasn't supposed to have done. Listening to her response first at SACP"s stance against the GNU, neglect or dodgy approach of the ANC in consultation processes as allies is the most backstabbing by the ANC. Also, it's no secret that there were meetings long before the elections mostly led by the DA to this GNU which painted as the voice of South Africans and also, certain political parties were deliberately sidelined because of what they stand which is not favoured by their funders, the Ruperts, the Oppenheimers etc. A good example is the evil arrangements in KZN where the MKP has received overwhelming votes but aren't serving those voters. 30 years of serious and gross corruption including the Zondo commission that's proving to be toothless just like the MPA unless you fall under their unfavorable list then there'll action taken. So, those who still believe that we're strangers in our own country, they're missing a because we're aware of the gangsterism called GNU which the media is promoting because of the elites I mentioned already
Woow really enjoyed this interview with Fasiha Hassan. Her insight was very interesting and thought provoking, particularly on her transition from Student activism to being part of government. I wonder which Party would she choose to be part of other than the ANC? Wish you all the best. Continue to rely on God for strength and don't grow wearing from doing good.
Woooow, what an insightful interview, she has a lot to offer, she has grown.
I am still surprised how SA was included in the BRICS collaboration, all four of these countries (Brazil, Russia, India and China) have a GDP that is above 1 trillion dollar. It can only be our geographical position and financial systems, otherwise everything else, we far behind from our BRICS partners.
Personally I really think tax invasion, corruption, incompetence and inequality are the cancers that are destroying the body of SA. I just don't see situations changing in the short term. Both government and private sector (including trade partners) are just not willing to make changes. They want to keep the status quou.
Great interview Sizwe, thanks again,Fasiha is very bright and looking great together😂
Bit of fresh air indeed. Panyaza has built over 50 new schools in Gauteng. I think that deserves some clap of hands. This year he has been allocated money to build 18 schools if they don’t fumble it.
So great to have these voices in our government!
I have high hopes for Ms Hassan in the Portfolio Committee on Minerals and Petroleum Resources. Particularly in terms of robust oversight on Alexkor. People in Alexander Bay are suffering needlessly.
Uyishayile le interview Sizwe🔥 and the lady is a breath of fresh air. Very good representation of the ANC. 💯
We know that politics won't really change much for the masses of the country, but atleast people like her don't undermine our ability to think as the masses. I appreciate her preparedness and awareness of what is happening in our country.
I have great respect for the ANC because of this type of leadership they create, maybe for ANC to get a boost expropriation without compensation will help our economy instantly than a lifetime of working
From what we hear from ANC members, councillors and supporters the DA/ANC coalition will cost the ANC more than the DA in 2026
Dr Siz always bringing think tanks its my first time encountering ghis lady but i must say she reminded me of the real reason why i joined yhe ANC before staying away from it due to numerous acts which did not align with my values i just wish and hope that she will continue being an activist regardless.
Really enjoyed this EP
Ayeye 🎉❤
Fasiha still have the spirit we know of but this zille's GNU is a stain and it will never change the status qou and racism in the judicial system particularly the Western Cape bench.
I mean with the ANC and over 200 MPs, one MP is involved in 5 committees? Tells you about the level of education within ANC MPs.
if Only the ANC , Can get such talent to top 6 or give them a chance to be Ministers , We would be far as a Country .
Growing up in Kasi Township schools, I remember how we were sent to the back of the cue for singing for lunch during the feeding scheme. Those who sang the loudest were given lunch first. 😥😥 Singing for lunch will rise
😁😁 In my next poker game I'm taking Sizwe this dude can control his face.
Keep doing it . Bro . 👌👌👌✊✊
Parliament is "in a tent, on a parking lot" 🙆🏽♀️
Second🎉
👋🏽
Fasiha should leave the parliament, both for her to have the freedom to continue fighting on the street and for her to safeguard her mental health. She sounds smart and noble but she's plunged into an environmental that is slowly deeming her light.
She is right about SACP. People don't know what SACP stands for 😢
And what does ANC stand for again? Please enlighten on this.
Load shedding was created,so we can't clap hands for what the created,Transnet was abt to be privatized and we should celebrate that they trying to fix it🤔🤔once u get a few thousands from someone,u foret what u were fighting for and listen to your new Master
Loadshedding was definitely created. Take one guess who was President when we signed the Paris Accord?
we are definitely punching above our weight; BRICS is a good defensive measure for sanctions, we still need more layers to protect our sovereignty, Information: we need a media that promotes sovereignty and the development of the South, And our military needs to be capacitated, we need to be honest there is no African country that would just attack us and there is no African country that is interested in doing that but i can say the same about the western countries; they have proven that they are capable of doing whatever they want as long as they can somehow justify it. we don't have to be a military powerhouse but what we have now wouldn't even buy us even a week if the NATO countries decided that we are causing them problems.
She sounds like a market fundamentalist in all fundamental honesty.
And it is even worse that she’s part of a movement which was initially radicalised by generation of Anthony Lembede, Robert Sobukwe, Nelson Mandela and the related likes thence.
Eeeh, Sizwe, you keep on smiling non stop brother. What's up? Fasiha is beautiful right? 😂
Govender has done well for his own.
First
🙌🏽
Fasego it might be ANC manifesto but the ANC does not carry through with actioning their manifesto, whereas the other parties do and its noted. People want action not drivel. Ramaphosa might have manipulated the GNU to keep themselves in charge, but he was not clever enough to use the opportunity to change the ANC's pathway, because once again he put in cadres as Ministers who have been failures in their portfolios before. I see no renewal of the ANC in the Ministers that lead. ANC municipalities are still failing and its the same of the same. He is not a master taction after all.
She like Mr Thabo Mbeki the double egde sword toung she in right place with URamadollar
Open boarders, poverty, unemployment, economic growth can't be solved by GNU members, RSA first before Hamas
" We cannot be pandering to a Western agenda" can we be pandering to a "anti-western nihilistic agenda just because of party funding and history?"
Loves to speak big on the + of our "moral authority" what about our failures of the stable diplomacy into bringing in the hard foreign investments? How moral is it to have such failures bring to heightened poverty and inequality levels?
It is unfortunate and disheartening to hear her spit such bile🤮. Singing praises to Cyril, when we know very well that he sacrificed the country for his own benefit. Cyril put the racist DA back in government to protect himself on the Phalaphala scandal. She speaks highly of the CODESA negotiations and yet every revolutionarist knows that we the previously marginalised and oppressed were compromised in those negotiations. The continuing downfall of the ANC is not so surprising, with such calibre of people at the helm.
I like what she is saying but weren’t the ANC in government for 30 years. Stop blaming the Zuma administration for the bad things of the economy. I am a DA voter but take me back to the Zuma days where petrol was much cheaper, food was affordable.
No offense but, the moments she started singing Cyril's " negotiation skills" which to me, translates into " selling out" skills, I ceased watching. I guess it's safe to say, activism doesn't pay the bills in her case...I agree with the sentiment in the comment, there are other more progressive parties she should've joined for her political career beside the ANC, given how she was in the frontline for Fees Must Fall. But then again...can politicians ever be believed 💁🏾😭🤣😂😂
Haaibo Doc, how do you choose your guests.? Very smart young leader. She is right about SACP though.I love her energy . That's what we need as a country.Well done SMWX..💯👌🤌❤️❤️❤️❤️
Come home baby girl. KZN
She's too smart for ANC though. Unless these a lot we don't know about the ANC.
Ramaphosa planned the downfall of the ANC
47:30 the SMWX secret sauce
WMC AGENT,CAN SEE WHY SHE IS IN THE GNU
Yeah delivering on "an ANC manifesto, you know things we said we would do" ... yeah... the things you never did 🤡
FIRST INTERVIEW WITH THUMBS DOWN
Disappointed. She's already singing for her lunch
Once you boldly say gnu is a opportunity, something that was forced on us ,I stop listening to you
100%
She was coming on nicely until she made reference to 9 waisted years.Haaike mxm.
Fees must fall sell out............. we wont forget what you did.
Girl is dilusional.😂😂. the DA cornered the ANC.
only excitement, no content😢
She is still young and fresh it where everyone starts but potential is there very refreshing to me.I am not ANC but truth must be told.
