Dude this game is insane and I knew that we originally came from Kalos cause of the shirt but I thought (if we play as a girl) we originally came from Alola but never knew that the female character originally came from galar 🤩🤔😳
I just got the game yesterday and I haven't put it down yet lol. I got it around 7pm and it's almost 8:30am right now lol. It's so addicting and I love the game. I just got my 3rd alpha because it out itself to sleep with rest, not just rest it used agility style rest lmao, so I threw a heavy ball at it and caught it. It was Stantler at lvl 42 lol and I got it right after I got the lvl 40 Rapidash
I think "Alder" is the previous Hero that's always mentioned. This is further supported by the fact that Alder in his official art has more than 6 pokeballs on his person. This is described in some form of media (anime or games I forget which) because Alder never learned how to use the PC system, but he has 10 pokeballs on him referencing the 10 pokemon of myth that helped him. He's also seen in gen 5 to be jumping off of cliffs and traversing areas inaccessible by the player character. This could be because Alder is actually someone who was taken from the past and sent to the future after his feud with the original space-time rift. This could also be the reason Arceus doesn't call on him again, as he's already traveled through a space time rift once, and there may be a limit to the number of times someone's body can handle that given what the outbursts from the rifts do to you memory, and the warden pokemon. I just think it's too odd that Alder being just a descendent would still carry more than 6 pokeballs on his person when it would make more sense that he's from the past, and is used to commanding 6 pokemon at a time, as well as a person from the past being unable or unwilling to learn how to use future tech like a PC
Tiny details I noticed.
1- Professor Laventon mentions Alolan ride Pokémon so the ride Pokémon mechanic predates Hisui.
2- Saturn and Bertha's ancestors are sisters originally from Kanto.
3- Sabrina's ancestoris part of team galactic.
4- One of the missions given by Passelle is an anime reference. She wants to use croagunk toxin to cure a guy called Buck's back pain. Replace Buck with Brock and you have a recurring gag from the Sinnoh arc.
5- I may have found the origin of the belief that Drifloon spirit children away. It comes as a side quest from the security corp where essentially it looks like the Pokémon just didn't want to stop playing and an overly paranoid guard jumps to conclusions but for people who think all ghost types are actually antimatter types with the typing and Pokédex entries coming mainly from folklore (aka me) it's a possible origin point.
Oh and I found a tablet depicting what appears to be a load of legendary Pokémon near lilligant's arena.
There’s also an old lady in jubilife village talking about how she came from Hoenn
I also want to point out that Bertha's ancestor uses a Rhydon and Gengar. Seemingly suggesting that Bertha and Agatha do share a common ancestor
Wondering if Palina is an ancestor of Diantha and/or Burgh (from Unova).
@@gaarasword there is also Candice's ancestor
You all here forgetting Lian, who is obviously Clays ancestor.
4:30 also about the Age thing: what I noticed is one interesting hint. Which is...if you count the years from the release Dates between D/P and LA, you‘ll also get 15 Years.
This is the first game in the series where I want or need to complete the pokedex. The catching mechanic is addicting.
Maybe, just maybe, the Alder look alike is the original hero who befriend the fused dragons of unova. If they decided to make a sequel, they need to explore the origin of the tao trio.
Ooh interesting!!
As much as I would love that even more so I hope if they do a next one it's set in Kanto and Johto. The Johto lore would be amazing to play through.
I get the feeling with the gen 5 hints in this and the fact that gen 5 is next on the remake list that Pokemon: Legends Unova will probably be next
@@SuperEpicNiceGuy let’s also remember how many Gen 1 remakes there are. Safe to say 3 of each gen is not far off. Unless they always make sure gen 1 is 1 more than the others.
Tao trio?
I don't blame you its definitely addicting. I didn't want to stop playing last night. Don't worry about putting out videos because the main point is to enjoy the experience and there will be lots of time to make videos. You only get to experience a game for the first time once. 🥳
i played from friday morning 1 am until saturday morning straight, this game is so addicting jesus and im only like 70% through the game because i do every quest and explore every inch of the big maps. What an incredible good game, i havent had that in YEARS
@@wedding6515 at least you're 70% done XD I uh.... I'm still on the first area even though I'm supposed to be going to the first area oops it's definitely addicting and I don't feel it's repetitive at all. But I'm so down for lots of farming Pokemon and stuff I need
It's Addictive ffs, not addicting
@@bri1085 addicting: causing someone to become addicted. Seems accurate
@@MimiSimps the words addictive, Oxford and Webster might be letting bad English slide, but I won't.
I actually have a few theories here.
I think Alder’s ancestor is either the king and/or hero of the stories, and Archie and Maxie’s ancestors were probably clan leaders. The fact that Alder’s ancestor was possibly a king and so was Lysandre’s really makes me wonder if Alder and Lysandre are related too. There seems to be an interesting triad theme developing surrounding the champions, professors and villains. It’s always been there but they seem to be fleshing it out more. I am here for it.
I think Volo AND Cogita are Cynthia’s ancestors. They both look so much like her. Also, while Cyllene is clearly Cyrus’ ancestor and Kamado is Rowan’s ancestor, I actually think they were a couple, making Cyrus and Rowan related. I say this because Beni’s comments about Kamado’s vision for a new world sound an awful lot like Cyrus’. So it makes me wonder if that’s where Cyrus gets it from. It’s a very clear hint.
All of these references are cool and interesting call backs to Sinnoh’s history and previous generations. I can’t wait to get Pokémon Legends Arceus.
the game is awesome
😍
One thing that I noticed is the fact that the Pearl Clan is full of ancestors of characters from other regions while the Diamond Clan has a lot of ancestors of characters from the Sinnoh games well....except for Iscan, I think he is either a Nessa or Lenora ancestor or a character from Gen 9.
I'm pretty sure that "Jade" on top of the galaxy hq is actually oxidised copper. Jade wasn't notably used in large structures historically, mostly in jewellery or at most small indoor statues. And Japan uses a fair amount of copper in their architecture.
I'm surprised that this wasn't mentioned: The tune the Celestica Flute makes when you call for a ride Pokemon is the same tune that plays after pressing A/Start to get past the title screen in DPPt and BDSP
Was shocked when I saw Maxie in the Diamond settlement while playing yesterday. Glad someone brought it up (haven't seen it mentioned anywhere other than a small Reddit thread).
The Diamond and Pearl clan could potentially originate from Hoenn as they do mention coming from afar (and given that Regigigas was taken to Hisui/Sinnoh to be sealed far away...)
Also would tie with the Ainu which at one point populated more of Japan but were pushed into Hokkaido (similar to the Celts in Europe being pushed into the British isles).
As for the Alder look-alike, think he might be the hero mentioned a couple of times by Adaman.
I think professor laven is the ancestor of hop and leon in the galar region. because he also looks similar to them and wears striped trousers that are comonly worn by the champ in todays galar region. also, in the german version he always throws some english words and sentences in his phrases so yeah as we know galar is based on uk and people speak english there
Feel like it’s more obvious in the English version. Most characters use modern/non-British English where Laven often uses older English words and more obviously British words. Also, the smoke stack on the galaxy building looks like galar weezing
@@refinedorc2870 yes grest addition you brought there. I am really curious about the mega universe stuff, because prof. laven travells around the world and brought 3 different pokemon. 2 of them are from non mega universes and Rowlet is from alola where mega evolution exists. Laven is probably from Galar, but in Galar there is no mega evolution and in the games there have also not been any references to other characters from mega universes like we have seen in sun/moon and other games. So maybe laven was travelling to a paralel alola where mega evolution doesnt exists or maybe all that stuff is happening in a third universe. Becaus in this video it was said that the male character wears a shirt from kalos where mega evolution exits and the female character wears a shirt from galar where it doesnt exist. So could that mean that hisui connects the 2 universes?
@@janbrauer7255 mega timelines do not effect whether or not a region excists lmao, Galar exists regardless of mega evolutions also existing or not.
@@nanapyon2542 well greetings first of all! so another reason I found for my theory is that in the after srory of sword/shield, hop wants to become a pokemon professor as well and you know if prof. laven might be his ancestor, this could be another reason that would support this. but yeah we dont know for sure if he truly is his ancestor.
One other thing to tie the painting to being Alder's Ancestor is the Frames - Diamond Clan's is Black, Pearl Clan's is White.
And perhaps this means that Alder's Ancestor was the Hero spoken of by the two Clans, placed in equal regards to possibly the former Leaders of each Clan - Maxie and Archie's Ancestors?
Alder's Ancestor also seems like the kind who'd have become a hero by slaying countless wild Pokémon with a Sword, like a certain Sinnoh Folk Tale...
I personally would call the "easter egg" that we are dawn/lucus from the future to be more a theory
Yeah it seems like he does this alot
They reference Alola, Hoenn, and Unova as well throughout the game
Did they mention Unova?
Galarian Weezing on the front of the Galaxy Building
@@michaelolympus5994 no but they have Ingo in the game, freaking Ingo, one of the Subway boss in Unova game
@@michaelolympus5994 No, they didn't mention Unova, but Lian, one of the Wardens, resembles Clay a lot. Also Hisuian Braviary coming from another region, same with Hisuian Zorua and Zoroark.
They mention even galar region
Y'all. Video starts at 3:17
Huh? Could this game be a result of Team Rainbow Rocket and their time travel shenanigans?
Nah it's just some devine intervention by Arceus
The moon on Ursaluna's forehead is actually supposed to reference a certain Japanese symbol of the moon with two clouds in front of it in the exact same pattern as Ursaluna's eyebrows in front of the circle.
I think it's interesting that they more or less confirmed with Charm that Agatha and Bertha are indeed related, since she has a rhydon(rhyhorn?) And a gengar in your first battle with her(and also that Agatha and Bertha are related to Saturn and Candice).
Pretty sure melii is supposed to be the ancestor to the other admin( I forget her name)
Yeah and I think cogita and volo family lines meg and Laverton looks like hop and Leon’s ancestor
They met once eventually cause cogita has Cynthia’s looks and volo hair
I’m glad you’re enjoying the game! :-D
Here’s an observation and theory. From what I’ve seen, there’s only one type of Apricorn in this game, the Brown Apricorn (I’m not counting the Spoiled Apricorn because it’s just the husk of the Brown Apricorn). This may mean that at one point there was only one kind of Apricorn (or at least only one kind that was commonly seen), but later they were bred to have different varieties, resulting in the number of different kinds we see in the Johto region. This would be similar to what happens in real life with various plants and animals.
Interesting, since the same happened with the Orange Carrot (Carrots weren't originally Orange, they were bred that way).
@@nickdentoom1173 It’s interesting that what we think of as the normal carrot color wasn’t the original color.
I'm pretty sure the description states that there are more kinds of apricorns.
This game has the best story I'm extremely bias to gen 5 cause it was my first game but I loved this story
I also noticed that Volo's theme is basically Cynthia's slowed down a bit! Their teams also contain a lot of similar pokemon like Garchomp, Togekiss, Spiritomb, and Roserade. Honestly gave me goosebumps!
It's the exact same as Cynthia's Platinum team just subbing the Milotic for Hisuian Arcanine
I agree. This game is so hard to put down. By far my favorite pokemon game on switch. I really hope they do more like this in the future.
It's funny how you mention that the player is potentially Lucas or Dawn 5 years older and they are sent to the past.
Years ago I told some friends how I thought it would be awesome if there was a main series game involving time travel and/or revisiting previous protagonists. I even said "They could call the game Pokémon Legends."
Someone in the game references the ride pokemon of alola which I thought was weird. How far back did ride pokemon go in alola? Apparently pretty far. I wonder what ancient alola and other regions are like now lol
Yeah when I heard that I was kinda like huh?
I was like why is hissuan afraid of pkmn but yet there's a entire region filled with people and their ride pkmn. How does that make sense
Different cultures figure things out at different speeds. Laventon also mentions that he's making the hisui regions first Pokedex, not the first Pokedex in general, which sounds like someone else has already thought of the idea of a catalog of all the pokemon.
@@refinedorc2870 It wasn’t until American Missionary’s made their way to Japan that they started accepting first world visitors.
LOOOLLLLLLLLL. I suggest you look it up, because you are incorrect. The first visitors were the Dutch and the Portugese, way before America even existed.
While the Portugese were driven away (They wanted to force religion upon the Japanese), the Dutch were allowed to stay because they only wanted to trade and nothing else.
It is said in Alola games that people from kanto settled in a new region which they named Alola and hisui and kanto are connected
It also confirmed that people settled in Alola a long time ago probably 300 years ago
@@nickdentoom1173 thank you for correcting me. I will delete my other comment since it misinformed. Leave it to the American school system 😂
Haven't finished playing the story but, I have a feeling that the Alder ancestor could be the Hero they talk about so often. I also bet the Archie, Maxie ancestors probably founded the Dimaond/Pearl clans
I also think it’s possible that he somehow has connections to both clans, or maybe the ruler of Unova at the time.
@9000 Overall I'm thinking that the next Legends title will end up being located in Unova like many have speculated but, it will revolve around the events preceding legends arceus.
The diamond and pearl clans mentioned that they traveled to Hisui from a different region. So, I think the events if the legendary hero actually takes place in Unova. I think we will see the Alder ancestor, and the Archie/Maxie ancestors. We may even see the events that result in the creation of the diamond/pearl clans.
Edit: This may also explain the existence of Braviary, Basculegion, Lilligant, and Zoroark in Hisui.
You will find some really good side quest Easter eggs. The Sea's Legend being the one that really solidified the theory of this is the Diamond/Pearl protagonist Arceus kidnapped for me.
Not to mention Volo's Togetic and Gible.
Spoilers
The forces of nature therian forms are based on the Chinese sacred beasts (4 symbols). The Japanese have different names for them.
Tornadus-Suzaku
Thunderus-Seiryu
Landorus-Byakko
Enamorus-Genbu
In China there's a fifth one which is a Kirin/Quilin (which is what Arceus is based on. Funny enough, Arceus shares the ending of US).
@@gustavju4686 I thought the 5th one is the midsummer dragon
@@phoenixblade8315 Is one of those inconsistent myths. That said a Kirin is basically a dragon with deer hooves.
@@gustavju4686 thought it was a horse and dragon hybrid. One of the Chinese emperors brought a giraffe and claimed it as the Kirin. Hence giraffe in many Asian countries is pronounced as the mythical beast. These myths have many different origins and it can be a bit hard to pin point the exact origins
About to start playing soon but couldn’t help myself and had to watch your video hehe I’m even more excited now!!
These are really amazing Easter eggs in the new Pokemon game
I love how it kind of mixes a lot of Pokemon’s recent gameplay experiments. A bit of classic, a bit of Go/Let’s Go, add a dash of Monster Hunter and there ya go.
These are all so cool! I can't wait to see them for myself! I was able to pick up the game at a midnight release and play for a few hours, then i had have been busy with moving so I've only just met Mai and have been in the brief 20 min breaks ive had the last few days running around catching pokemon. I'm loving the game so far! I've gotten so good at sneaking up on pokemon and I find the agile/strong styles pretty cool from what i've used.
Let's see the Diamond and Pearl Clans Worship Dialga and Palkia respectively, and for Celestica to have been wiped out following the arrival of the two Clans,,, the people of Celestica most likely worshipped either the Lake Trio, or Arceus
To be fair, Nurse Joy is an Anime-only charater, and does not appear in the games. In fact the games seems to confirm that the nurses are just random people. I think to remember in B2/W2 that your mom's friend is a former nurse.
You actually do encounter the ruins of celestia when exploring the game, so it is an interesting throwback. I feel there will be alit of hidden lore in this game for those who are dedicated to dig through
Professor Laventon is definitely the ancestor of Hapu from the Alola Region
wait, no one gonna talk about Ingo? Ingo the Subway Boss, twin brother of Emmet...
HE'S ALSO FROM THE FUTURE
Considering he doesn't seem to know about the Celestica ruins, I don't think he's reached that point in the game yet
I have a little theory about "Alder", "Maxie" and "Archie" and Celestic town. Celestic Town was the first town in old Hisui (yes old as in older as the games) and "Alder" was it's major/leader he spoke for and Arceus also known as Almighty Sinnoh. Then after some time he disappeared, died or something else and the town was left with no leader and the most likely candidates were Maxie and Archies ancestors. No one except "Alder" has ever talked to Arceus and this why when they tried to communicate with it, they first got no answer and when they got one the answer was from Dialga and Palkia, both spread the news that they were chosen and they fought. This led to the downfall of Celestic Town and lef tit in ruins. The population of the town split itself in two follwoing each ancestor and thus the diamond and pearl clan were created. Fast forward hundred of years and our Maxie and Archie know about these two legendary Pokemon to reform the earth and seek them out, but what they don't know is that their ancestors meant Dialga and Palkia but through Zinnia they're getting misinformed and confuse them with Kyogre and Groudon.
As for "Alder" I think he could actually be our Alder from B/W since he looks 100% like him down to the clothes. Maybe we got send to the past and he to the future. But he obviously could also just be his ancestor, maybe there will be somekind of DLC explaining it.
9:20 So it’s like Beast Wars, which was a sequel to the original G1 cartoon as well as a prequel!! (It had amazing writing and storylines too)
Lol I love that you totally called Volo being her ancestor. His team is her exact team
I would guess that the pearl and diamond clan were once united and Kron was their leader. But they split into two clans with opposing image of the almighty sinnoh.
The female shirt is from Sun & Moon which was out before S&S. Just an FYI.
Had a feeling as it looked pretty Alolan.
I'd love to see more Legends games. Like Alola and Galar are mentioned in the game so hopefully they'll bring out more games set in the past of some regions
There's one piece of dialogue I jubilife village, pardon me for forgetting who said it (it was someone near the garden, towards the beginning of the game. Not sure if this person still says it) But they say they came from kanto and that the trainers there really know how to battle. I know it's a stretch, but how cool would it be to get a Legends Kanto??
I already noticed the Male shirt is the Logo Shirt from X and Y
So in this game, you aren’t just play as Lucas and Dawn’s ancestor, but literally them, so their bloodline is a time loop ?
Nope, you only play one of them. The one you didn't pick is a Hisui native.
@@nickdentoom1173 Probably, but the character you play as is surely from the future.
@@BergmitetheBlueandPointy0712 Yes, but i doubt they are from Sinnoh though. I think Kalos and Unova are the most likely, considering we have most Hisuian Forms from those regions and ancestors from those regions as well (As well as another faller coming from Unova).
The whole Ursa line has some great lunar imagery, actually! Teddiursa has a crescent moon on his forehead, and the ring on Ursaring's chest is the light you would see encircling the moon during a solar eclipse!
The full moon on Ursaluna's face makes me so happy. Especially his little raised, Stephen Colbert brow
There’s also a lot of anime references, a kid says he wants to leave the walls, u join the survey corps, and there’s a man with blonde hair named Zeke, u can get tanjiro and nezukos kimonos, and there’s two brothers named Sho and shinra for fire force
At least some of the Old Notes seem to be texts found in Canalave Library. Could the protagonist have gathered these texts so that they could have stayed until the modern day?
Alder's ancestor might be the "hero of the old" mentioned few times during the gameplay and was revered because of his heroic deed, that's why both Diamond and Pearl clan put his picture next to (what I assume) the founder of the clans.
Also, it is possible that there were civilization way before both clans and galaxy team seeing that "Solaceon Ruin" is already a "Ruin"
i am in love with this game
i have 100% the dex and caught arceus in 60 hrs of play time.
a dlc i have is having us and maybe a few others like akari, adaman, and irida get sent into the future into the modern sinnoh region. and i feel the pokemon company can make a new plot from that
Smashing video review as as always
I noticed all the dialogue options- you have the option of being a complete amnesiac or remembering the future which is pretty cool.
the reason Alders ancestor appears in both clans homes is because he was most likely the hero that roamed the land with arceus that keeps being mentioned throughout the game
The redhead in the picture next to the diamond and pearl leaders is most likely the hero of old that you the character remind people of. Being fearless of pokemon and quelling their rage the first time the rift was open.
Yeah, I'm addicted to this game too! It's easily the best Pokémon game yet; and that's saying a lot since I've played right from the beginning!
In reference to Ursaluna, it's mouth is the reflection of said moon and the clay/Mudd is also a cloud in its own reflection.
Holy shit when this game was first announced I was honestly just waiting for Generation nine because I figured game freak would inevitably follow the same formula but after playing this game I genuinely hope they continue making legend games that take place in all the regions in the past. I just think it’s genuinely a cooler setting than the mainline Pokémon games
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought Mira descended from the ancient line of Nurse Joy's.
The Diamond and Pearl clans are likely off shoots of the Draconid people from Hoenn. They came across the sea (Hoenn has too much water), Archie and Maxie's ancestors are important members of their teams, and they hold dominion over Snowpoint Temple where Regigigas lies like how the Draconids sealed Regirock, Regice, and Registeel in Hoenn.
This game made my birthday one of the greatest in awhile
The Celestica ruins are actually a location you can go to in the Coronet Highlands which is something I just figured bared mentioning. There actually is more to extrapolate on this if we account for spoilers so uh... Here's your warning.
The Celestica Flute actually will transform into the Azure Flute when all 18 plates are brought together which means the Flutes are likely relics that predate the Pearl and Diamond Clans and will often just surface. Moreover interestingly to the end of the main story at the Temple of Sinnoh, which will later be known as Spear Pillar, Commander Kamado references the Celestica people, which while likely refers to the people of the old Celestica ruins it's odd given the fact that the ancient Hisuian people are known to be the Sinnoh. This is shown in their two only confirmed descendants Volo and Cogita whom predate the Pearl and Diamond Clans by many years but appear to have all but died out as of Legends. Furthermore this means that Cynthia is also a descendant of the ancient Sinnoh people through Volo and/or Cogita. This would be simple enough that the Celestica and the Sinnoh are the same group if not for the fact a side quest implies the existence of an ancient village of unknown age in the Alabaster Icelands which is distinctly not the Pearl Settlement, which likely later became Snowpoint City. This sidequest given by a descendant in the Gingko Guild does nothing however to show us if this village has any relation to the Sinnoh people nevermind the fact that either their structures were either almost entirely natural materials or so old they've been all destroyed and/or buried beneath the permafrost. An easy out if you subscribe to Bird Keeper Toby's theory that the Snowpoint Temple was built by the Draconids and not the Sinnoh could suggest this was an ancient Draconid village to oversee the continued sealing of Regigigas deep within the temple that later just got abandoned or wiped out when the previous Space-Time Rift occurred. Anyways in summation Legends does little to outwardly show Sinnoh's ancient past and while a lot can be extrapolated from existing lore it adds a lot more to the mystery regarding the most ancient region of Pokémon.
I did see the nurse Joy in pesselle (watching... need to pass this semester before I get the game) but since I don't know if I played the game Mira was in ... got that far enough to meet her that I would not have guessed that
Cellestic
Hmmm
Cresellia.
You think Cresellia destroyed that town by accident?
its nice to hear someone has the same oppinion on the game as me
most people on youtube say its bad or kinda bad
i mean, i see why, but i dont concider those things as problems
I have something that you might find interesting:
Miss Fortune Bandits are interesting, because not only they look the same as some characters from the future but also use the same Pokemon as them.
Clover who is Candice's ancestor uses Abomasnow.
Coin, ancestor of Team Galactic's Staturn, has Tixicroak.
But it is eldest of them, Charm, who I find interesting, as she uses Rhydon and Gengar, implying she is ancestor to both Bertha and Agatha,.
Also, Coin being famale Saturn's ancestor might be a nod to how sometimes outside the games Saturn was referred to as female.
Hey, have you done the Froslass mission??? It ties everything about what happened to ancient Celestic Town pretty neatly in my opinion.
Team Magma's Maxie is one that looks at progress which the diamond clan and time focus on, while Archie believes in nature's preservation and Pearl clan believing in maintaining the old ways and respecting them so fitting their ancestors are in those clans.
The Ursaluna detail is really nice
It's so awesome to experience such unbridled excitement and happiness across such a huge majority of this fanbase for a change! I really can't remember people openly feeling this universally positive about a new Pokémon game since HeartGold and SoulSilver released over a decade ago. Here's hoping Game Freak have more games that receive this sort of reception in store for us in the years to come!
Taking that manscape sponsor you da man
Since this game is an isekai I guess we finally know what the truck from Gen 1 is for
wasn't expecting Archie to be balding under the bandana, but it kinda make sense
Another one (or at least it might be) is once you upgrade the clothing store a couple times there’s a scarecrow that looks like turnip head from howls moving castle.
My thought while watching a playthrough- Ingo and Emmett's ancestor- wait, that's Ingo? One of the wardens reminded me of Brycen for some reason, too.
Also, Mellie seems to remind me of Harley from the anime. Maybe it's just me.
I think there's a second ancestor of Cynthia toward the end. Look at the jewelry.
the emblems at the top of the Archie and Maxie photos share a resemblance to the Aqua and Magma logos.
This is the Pokémon game with the most lore ever. So great! :D
its weird how the picture of alders ancestor has what appear to be pokeballs on it considering we are told that pokeballs are a very recent invention at the time of legends arceous. maybe alder also got sent back in time only he got sent further back then the main charachters. and maybe it was his pokeballs that served as the basis for the pokeballs invention.
I believe alder is a foreshadow to the future unova remakes coming up or they are at least saying they are working on them now
Cool, easter eggs are awesome!
Clearly Ancestor!Alder is the hero that's mentioned several times in the game, and two of his followers split off and formed the two clans. Maybe those two are even the hero brothers who fought for truth and ideals in the past of Unova, connecting Unova with Sinnoh/Hisui and implying that Hoen is where those heroes ended up after the events of that Unovan legend.
You know, it might not be Alder in those pictures- and this dude shows up in both clans. It might be the Kalos King AZ, from 3000 years ago. Might not fit the hair, but hair does change color with age.
And Lysandre was AZ's descendant, and he had flaming red hair and tall stature.
When you get to the lady before you complete the lake trials you can find an antique tea set, which reassembles cinistea
6:13 that looks like lysondre or whatever the "evil" guy from sun and moon was
Interestingly enough, Alder is from Black and White... which would technically be the next games to get a remake if they get one.
Another thing is that the professor does mention another region. He mentioned the Alola region pretty early on (I'm not far in the game as I needed to charge my joycons and had to get the game the day after release)
The Chimney on the Galaxy building is in the shape of Galarian Weezing
I feel ya I worked over not even sleeping cause I wanted to play this game it’s so much fun if this is the future of Pokémon it’s going in the first direction. 😆😆😆✨✨✨✨
I’m so ready to get this game
What do you think about laventon talking about Alolan ride Pokémon when you get wyrdeer. Maybe they have plans on doing a prequel on all or most of the regions?
I believe Aldur's ancestor is of the Celestica people. I also believe fragments of the celestica people split off and formed the pearl and diamond tribes. The green on the ancestor's robes matches that of the green hut Cogita lives, which we know she is a decendant of the celestica people.
here's an obscure one: one of the villager mentions making a wooden croagunk statue after a croagunk helps him, which is seen in the DPPt games
You can also see a Galarian Weesing in the town (a sculpture) 😎 it's at the upper part of the central building (Team Galactic headquarters)
i wonder if the Alder reference is for the future Unova remakes.
It is implied Volo and Gotita are descendents of the Celestica people quite directly. It is less so with the clans but at the end party they say they invite all the celestica people
I had doubts but I hope the series goes more in this direction now.
i like that they're pretty much implying that cynthia is such an absolute unit because volo and cogita eventually knocked boots
There are definitely many more ancestors of some Pokémon characters we know.
Many of them even outside of sinnoh.
Ancestors of clay, Candice, Wulfric, Karen, heck and even Leon can be found in the game.
Good luck finding them all.
The easy hints to this are their appearances, their choice of Pokémon and their mannerisms.
Also good luck finding may's ancestor in the game!!!
Isn't her ancestor the current leader of the Pearl Clan? I noticed how similar they both are
@@ShadamyLover15 no she isn't theres very little to suggest that Irida and May are related
