at 9:28 you first take the tech after click the event . shouldn't you do the opposite? bc event do more cheaper ? ım really asking cause ı don't know mechanics

Yes you can do that, but the thing is that the max monarch points you can stack is to 999. So once you reach 999 you loose what you earn from the event. In my case I had 940 points so I be loosing 160 points... If you reaaly want to max out of the situation you could calcultate the percentage and make the decision.
