I´ve received a few requests to do some first person crashes so here they are! This is probably going to be a regular thing but very spaced in between videos. I don´t know the exact time between the first person videos but expect something like four weeks.

When you attack bombers with defensive gunners, you shouldn't use a tail pursuit, because it gives the gunners nice easy low deflection shots on you, as well as giving them a nice long run up to shoot you as you slowly overtake the bomber to get within accurate gunnery range for your own fixed weapons. try side attacks, or boom and zoom attacks where you use altitude to dive on a formation, so that the high speed and high deflection makes it hard for their gunners to engage you back.

I have a IR5 with pro headset I’ll sell. Has original packaging still and works great. Make an offer
You can get home made ones on ebay for a 5th of the price. They use a sony cam and software called trackhat or freetrack. Im happy with mine. Ive never used trackIR so maybe the cheap one isnt as smooth. For flying and driving the immersion is another level!

What's the game called?
Il-2 Battle of Stalingrad, as per the video title. Though many of the planes are actually from other modules in the same series, like Battle of Moscow for instance.
Why does every plane explode on impact. I think a good amount would just smash and crumble up. Its pretty annoying in games where you cant actually crash land and always explode.

Pomegranate Pro The plane always explodes when if the speed is high enough, say if the plane is spiralling towards the ground or diving into it. It is very hard to make it explode if you are trying to land it, even if you fail the landing you will most likely bend or break the landing gear, wing or tail.

Increase FOV next time if possible...I think it’ll be easier to enjoy the FP crashes
FOV unfortunately can't be increased more. I've ordered a tracking set for upcoming videos so the camera view will be alot smoother and better quality when it comes to first person videos.
