@@gracehernandez9620 no it is not dangerous for yourself but you need to watchout for people stealing your logage. Would you suggest a big backpack for interrailing or a small suitcase? my friends and i are planning on only staying in airbnbs, so i'm not sure which one would be more convenient

Hey, so last summer I went on a city trip on my own (to test if solo traveling is something for me). I really enjoyed it. I went to Prague by Flixbus (don't recommend that bus, it was horrible 😂), stayed at a hostel and did some free city Tours. I all really enjoyed it. But there was one down side. I ended up not really meeting any people at all. I'm an introvert person and the hostel i stayed in didn't really had a common room or whatever. But there must be something I should do differently next time. Do you have any tips for me? I'm planning to do an interrail trip in about 2 years and would be great if I meet some people along the way. Also I'm not in my twenties anymore, which most solo travels are. Do you think that might be a factor why I didn't really meet any people?
Hi Thijs! Especially for introvert people the right situation is a great push to meet people and friends. In an hostel with a common room is soo easy to start a conversation (it needs just a deep breath before). Then, activities are always a conversation passepartout, where you share an experience there is immediately a connection. Good luck for your next trip!
Some hostel's have a design layout that allows for more social interactions. My 1st hostel in Turkey I was really disappointed that I didn't make many friends and I blamed it on my introvertedness and then in my second hostel it was so easy to make friends because we usually had breakfast together or everyone would be in the common area in the evening.
Great video! I have a question. I want do interrail this summer and you mentioned going to lake Bled from Lubljana. It's a hour drive so did you take the bus or taxi? How do you really travel to places if it Isn't by train?

Hey Coco! I love your video! I'm also planning to do an interrail but I can't find a direct train from lake Bled to Venice.. did you take the bus or a train?
Hi, when you book hostels for the night, and for example get to the destination around middday, what do you do with the big backpack, do you always have to carry it? I heard there were lockers in some cities
Loved your video, very very helpful for planning my trip. One thing that confuses me is wheather or not you can take a train to one city and then take the next one from a different city in the same country. Like for example travel to Rome on one of your travel days and then take the next train another travel day from milan
Hi Coco! Quick question: How did you go to Dubrovnik? As I can't seem to find a train that goes there. Is it only possible to get there by bus? And would you recommend it as a destination?

Hi hun! Love the video. I just had a quick question - were you able to use your pass to go between cities in the same country (EG when you went from Rome to Venice), or did you have to book them outside of the interrail pass?
Lizzy Hood hey :) i definitely uses my pass from Lyon to Paris but the Rome to Venice trip i can’t remember :/ pretty sure i did use it but even if i hadn’t, a trip that short would only cost a couple euros x
When you say Travel days do you mean from country to country? Would I for example have to write down if I was getting a train from one area of Italy to another just for a day trip or using the metro in Paris?
Hi, great video! Just a lil question, been seeing a lot of things about reserving seats on trains and it seems like it can be quite expensive! What were your experiences with this? Thanks in advance 😁
QALEBCUINNHWG hi! i can’t remember exactly how much they cost but i think the majority ranged between €1-€10 but my longest train from naples to lyon in france cost €20 to reserve! it depends i think so just be prepared :)
i never really did arrive that early, i tried to time it so i arrived at least when cafes opened so i could wait in those before checking in but if you have to, i guess you could wander around, wait in the train station or start planning you day??
so i know that i am not that early but i am planning to go on an interrail trip next summer (2020) and you said that you only spent about 15 £ per night in a hostel- i did some research and i was asking myself if you slept in dorms with other people because i am a bit scared about this and i would prefer a hostel where i have my own small room with my friend but those hostels are very expensive on what i found on my research. How did you (or other people here) manage to spent that less money? Do you have any tips or can you share your experience with dorms or other accomondations?
So your flights, tickets and food/hostel/activities cost all came up to £2,600 for 2 months? Is that correct? I’m leaving for a 2 month trip in 6 weeks and I’m just trying to get an idea of a budget xx
Nicole Fewtrell yeah that’s right except i would actually say it should’ve been £2500 because i had a little shopping spree on my last day and got tattoos... 😅 the amount i spent varied each day so some would be £30 and others £50 (including accommodation etc) i would just make sure you’ve got a reserve fund in case of an emergency :)
Hi !! Your video was very helpful !! I am from USA and I'm traveling to Europe starting in London and ending in Germany for 2 weeks and 5 days do you think the interrail pass is a good idea ? or should i just book each train individually and also does it include taking a plane ?
Just answering for people who might have the same question: If you are not from Europe the ticket is called eurorail. I am not sure what the differences are but for interrail you need to be from europe or live there for a while. The ticket includes trains but you might have to pay a few euros for a seat reservation on special trains or if you want a bed on a night train. No discount on flights just trains, busses and some ferries.
hi! i actually only planned my first 2 cities (transportation, accommodation and activities) but for the other 14 i planned absolutely nothing and did everything spontaneously :) BUT i did have ideas of what i wanted to do in each place like visit a certain landmark or museum, i just usually made a plan on the first day in each place which took at most an hour, you could also do it on the train!
this rule with 7 pm to 4 am is brilliant, it helped me so much, love youu ❤️

Who is in the game? :D
Oh I'm going in July! Whrere exactly are you going? We haven't really planned our route yet :D
Hi !! Your video was very helpful !! I am from USA and I'm traveling to Europe starting in London and ending in Germany for 2 weeks and 5 days do you think the interrail pass is a good idea ? or should i just book each train individually and also does it include taking a plane ?
Just answering for people who might have the same question:
If you are not from Europe the ticket is called eurorail. I am not sure what the differences are but for interrail you need to be from europe or live there for a while.
The ticket includes trains but you might have to pay a few euros for a seat reservation on special trains or if you want a bed on a night train. No discount on flights just trains, busses and some ferries.
you’re so pretty! Love your video! I just subscribe:)
Does someone know in aprox. how much time do you receive the interrail pass after ordering it
Love the girl in red in the bg!!!
i'm obsessed!
Hi how much is it to book reservations with a global pass? :)
Hello!!! I wanted to know how did u do on your interrail? Did u plan daily/weekly activities and main poins before going or was it done spontaneously?
hi! i actually only planned my first 2 cities (transportation, accommodation and activities) but for the other 14 i planned absolutely nothing and did everything spontaneously :)
BUT i did have ideas of what i wanted to do in each place like visit a certain landmark or museum, i just usually made a plan on the first day in each place which took at most an hour, you could also do it on the train!
