If you are from US Virgin Island, then you are home. Your ancestors were Akwamu Royals and their people who were sent from Gold Coast to what is present day US Virgin Islands by the Danes. When they were taken there, they gave the Danes si much trouble that the Danes handed the territory to the Americans
Wow someone that actually knows the history. I love it 🥰 yes 🙌 when I go to cape coast castle i learnt that the Danes had taken over and I noticed that the castle was constructed the same way our historic buildings were constructed.
What those people are doing is labor intense job and hat's 🧢🧢🧢off to them, I imagine the Ghanaian heat isn't making it easy for them.

Was there suppose to be a few courses of block work from the window/door lintels on the ground floor before casting the 1st floor? It appears as if the window/door lintels from the ground floor are directly beneath the 1st floor casting.
This was meant to be a security post. So they laid an extra set of blocks before lentil. I had them measured the ceiling height and its height is 9’6” which is good enough for a security post and 2 stores. The upstairs ceiling height will be much higher because it’s an apartment.

@Kinzababe1 the polytank should be turned for the tap to face the sloping side. So that the water can flow easily. My worry was that the upper stair case landing was too narrow it could have been widened a bit before they poured the concrete

@@kinzababe1 o hope they finished the concrete work all yesterday because it would cost you having the machine for another day. Just so you know please anytime you hire an equipment like this let them come and start very early in the morning instead of them lagging about because it could risk them not finishing and another day is charged also. This is for you to bear this in mind you plan to do the next level.
Also the concrete will need watering all the time whiles it is curing for stronger bonding and curing.
