Wow, kojoblk I'm so excited about this info, I must get some more info, yes as much as the Italian tiles are great, I'm so glad you have given this info.. I will definitely go your way.. I'm EXCITED
If the tiles are good quality, then you don’t have to worry about chips or breakages. I’m glad they got to you safely. Thank you for the feedback! I appreciate you, Kojoblk! We appreciate you for the blind faith!
I’m happy for you, kojo. Please; 1. How did you get to know how many tiles would be adequate for tiling the house, to purchase that needed amount from china? 2. Can I please have Ghanaba Kwaku’s contact, if you don’t mind sharing it. Thanks, @kojoblk.
Kojo please what shipper do you use? My shipping company rates are too high. I also bought all my finishes from China. Kojo stop lol. These are not basic nor boring. These are actually classy and trendy. Luxury homebuilders in America are paying a arm and leg for these. I love em.
Larger tiles are definitely thicker just by their nature to sustain the size but there are small but thicker tiles too. Those are special for public/commercial spaces mostly and cost a lot of money. They are the best if money is not ta problem. Thicker the better especially for high traffic commercial spaces. For storey buildings, weight reduction needs to be considered however. I should add that porcelain tiles are another class of quality when compared to ceramic. There are low grade porcelain tiles too so caution is require. The market is crazy out there.
China 1st grade tiles are same as Italian and Spanish as well as Indian 1st grade in terms of quality, price wise I think China will be a bit affordable so I’m sure it’s a good buy. I bought Spanish tiles from Kimo mixed with Twyford for my bedroom, overall my area is around 550 sqm and spent close to $9000
@@kojoblk 🤣😂 Spanish tiles in Kimo, palace hardware and home decor they are very expensive, I think by now the 60x60 is about 400 cedis per box or more and I bought around 140 boxes which is the Spanish, went to other shop for the Twyford, also bought around 180 boxes for 60x60 then around 100 boxes for bathroom walls. Twyford tiles now cost around 200 cedis per box for the 60x60 then around 120 cedis for wall tiles, overall you are looking around 140k cedis which is close to $9 grand or £7 grand
@Sarpong-family your calculations matches exactly what I have per my analysis. However my tiles were 80x80 which might be even more expensive. I think I made the right decision
@adoteyakueson119 the Whiteman came to Africa in person and captured us a slaves, now they are in Africa as companies and enslaving us in our own soil. All companies belongs to them. We are employees instead of being employers in our Country. We can't think to create anything therefore the Whiteman continues to use us as slaves.
