Lemon juice-1 medium
Sugar-1/ 2tsp
Oil for deep frying

Good video and very well explained 👍🙂 but authentic recipe doesn't have lemon juice, ginger, anardana, black pepper and sugar. Sabudana vada is served with flavour dahi(salt, sugar, red chilli powder, salt, roasted and crushed peanut (peanut is optional)).

Make sabudana wada as much flat, as much u can. Keep oil to boil & mix up sabudana wada mixture that time & send for deep fry. Don't keep mixture ready before u boil oil.
