Hell, to me the goofy outfits are what entranced me right off the bat, after that first song was done though... Had me loving their music. It might not have hurt em, I mean kiss made it big.

Gene Chandler dressed up in a tux, top hat, & Monaco when he first sang " Duke Of Earl " in 1962 & he didn't seem to have another hit until 1969 with " Groovy Situation ". The Beatles used to wear crazy outfits when they played in Hamburg, but they didn't in Liverpool.

My unforgettable eternal favourite SPOTNICKS! I experimented a lot to find out their secrets, unique tone and style. With modern digital effects (Alesis) got close to the tone, but playing style is unimitable...
Kid you not that accurate crisp snare drumming adds one hell of a lot to the expertise in the guitar playing. give the drummer credit he plays his style in a crisp Rogers Dynasonic style not bad at all

When I was thier age, I too had trouble getting attention from girls because i was ugly, however i joined a band and got some money, then all of a sudden I got a lot of attention.

These short jewels show that the Spotnicks were the number one instrumental rock band of all time. No other band has had so many amazing tracks.
I used to listen to these brilliant guitarists when I was 14. I am now 60 and they still sound out of this world (pun intended ) big fan

True, but I think the goofy space outfits would have killed any chance of popularity in North America. They, especially Bo, can really play.

These dudes recorded 43 albums from 1958 - 2019.Lots of lineup changes though.
