10 million and no real Garage makes no sense for me. These houses are only used a couple of weeks over the year. I would prefer a closed garage.
you can change it an build a 5+ car garage on this plot with no problem

The stucco on the exterior looks aweful and poorly applied. Also the kitchen is so cold. Looks like a medical lab.
