The original container would have chopped the lemon rinds into a puree. The disc in this container extracts the juice without chopping up the peels. I failed to show that. I should do this video again and get it right. -Dennis
@@profitglen starbucks use this. Compared to blade container, the aer disc will make foamy creams that are aery/foamy for a long period of time vs the blade which is not foamy at all. It's an aerator. He is also right, aer disc extracts fruits like muddling vs in the blade that can pulverize the whole fruit.
A former friend used to make my favorite drink with lime juice and gin. I don't like gin, but I loved that drink. I need to figure it out and use this jar to mix it. Thanks Jake. -Dennis
