I am currently 3 weeks post shoulder MSCs injections. I am a bodybuilder and suffered a partial full thickness superspanitus tear along with a partial labrum tear from wearing down. I am 45 and realized i couldnt keep up with my younger self anymore. My shoulder finally gave out 9 months ago and i had to stop lifting. So i started reasearching stem cells and decided to give it a go.
After watching your video, I decided to go down to Mexico 3 weeks ago and had MSC injections in both my shoulders along with IV. The fist 48 hours after injections my bad shoulder was so sore i couldnt lift my arm.
I was skeptical this would work, after 1 week, i was practically pain free. After week 2 i realized it was way better, although it is still clicking and popping without any pain. Its now week 3 and i feel its getting back to 100% although i still feel the clicking and popping. Even though i see it getting better, i still have my doubts that the clicking and popping will go away, despite my doctor telling me that it should go away.
I am excited to start lifting light weights next week and give it a try depending on how i feel. I have to keep telling myself to stay patient.

It will only keep getting better in the next 3-6 months however remember you can get new injuries so do your elastic band rotator warm ups every time you do upper body

Any update? Would be interested to hear how things are a month later. But why would you start lifting heavy weights again over 45? I knew decades ago that weight lifting puts a lot of strain on the body I mean shouldn't your injury serve as a warning? Of course you want to be healthy and look fit but this can be done with smaller weights and in other ways too. Just putting in my 2 cents. Let me know if you think I am wrong.

I got MSC (mysenchyal stem cells) in my elbow and it feels incredible

Now keep it healthy with focused warmups, watch how you position the bar in your hand to avoid stress in the elbow, by keeping it neutral more towards the proximal palm as possible

Thank you for a very infomative talk. I'm not planning to go to Turkey for stem cell treatment, but am very concerned that the clinic you mentioned is also developing MRNA vaccines.. If so, hopefully they're very different than the MRNA vaccines developed for Covid

      You are very welcome!
The mRNA is being used for cancer cure research at the clinic mentioned. Thank you for your question/concern

Doctor thanks for sharing. I was looking to do it for my wrist at riordan medical institute in texas because they offer a more affordable non systemic treatment. However, these arent expanded because its in the US. You mentioned you did this in turkey, which clinic do you recommend?

This guy likes to talk and recap the past episodes a lot. He finally discusses his results around 24 minutes lol. This should have been a 5 minute video 😢
