I had stem cell therapy for my issues around autoimmune disease. Additionally, I had PRP, platelet rich platelets from my own blood plus additional fibrin and protein all done back on April 27th, 2024. So it has been almost 6 weeks now and my shoulder that was a shredded mess, is healed. Miracle.. my orthopedic surgeon saw the MRI and said I would need a complete shoulder replacement. BUT, as yet, I DO NOT feel any improvement with my autoimmune pain and fatigue. I am 70 years old and have had these issues for 25 years. I am wondering how long will it take to feel better? I am hearing it will take 3-6 months.

It is my understanding that cord stem cells that have not been enhanced in any way are not considered a drug and so are not under FDA control. they are considered similar to a transplant so are legal in the US.
I My understanding is that there is FDA control over how many times the cells can be duplicated. More limits on that in US compared to other countries..

maybe depends on what kind and quality of stem cell you use, i read umbilicord msc stem cell are superior
