If a stat figured it can make money from shed hunters you can bet other states will pick up on the same thing
It's completely free to collect sheds you just have to wait until the opener.
If all states behaved like Arizona there wouldn't be anything left of this country.
Montana seems to make a big deal….Easter hunting
Sorry one more thing, the government doesn't own the land the people do. Seems corruption and overreach of government is sickening.
Yup, we all own it equally and it is held in trust for us. We pay taxes to have it managed for consumption and use. How long do you think it’d take to get ruined if everyone could take whatever they like? Would like to know what your solution is if you don’t agree with the North American conservation model.
Lots of work, taxpayer money and man hour for some antlers??? Maybe we have to many Game Warden's if they have this much time on their hands?
Modern day Festus!!
Wardens: we dont want anyone in these closed areas so we will go in these closed areas!
2 faced tyrants!!!
in england there is no law for trespass unless property is damaged.
I’ll never go to Montana
Soft on crime, even here in Montana. Sad.
Never talk to the police without a lawyer.
You cant keep antlers that you find in the woods?
Each antler should be one offense each.
Why?
Reminds me of Shakespeare, "Much ado about nothing ". Waste of taxpayers money.Think these wardens could be doing something more beneficial for wildlife preservation.
It doesnt really matter because all of the game wardens got the horns already I've seen it several times!!
What does it hurt to remove shed antlers from PUBLIC land? It is perfectly legal on adjacent private property and all private property in all states year-round.
It isn't a matter of removing sheds from public lands, it's a matter of trespassing on the game range when it is closed. If you will notice, there is a shot of a sign stating the game range is closed during certain times. These times are coincide with the winter and spring since that is when wildlife is most vulnerable.
@nmelkhunter1 but yet, they are being charged with possession of shed antlers from public land. Public land should never be off limits to anyone, period, typical government intrusion upon our rights as US Citizens, and they wonder why so many of their agents are assaulted or killed.
It is a real shame the police don't go out to felony drug users like to go out to misdemeanor antler sheds
And yet the local meth dealer is busy as ever..
Antlers is from mother nature it belongs to people who find it
Can I come onto your property and claim finders keepers?
Get rid of the music. Can't hear the narrator.
All about money ridiculous, son’s of bachelors
More government / less freedom.
Transmitted antlers 😂 these are the game wardens that give them all a bad name
Should be criminal to own 20 thousand acres
I farted a little to loud one morning on that game range and a warden jumped out from a tree and game me a ticket
Why is it illegal to pick up sheds? Doesn't make sense!!
It’s not. It’s illegal to enter the WMA when it’s closed.
Seems their season is different than yours, just like time change, showing off their ignorance.
Shed theft?
Awfully nice of these ignoramous wardens to produce a show, helping poachers by giving away all their secrets & tactics! Now they know how easy it is to avoid you guys!
Real smart!
Didnt think that thru, did you?
Keep it up?
Theres no way every antler they confiscated had a tracker so how could they possibly know where those antlers came from?
Pick up a torn up broken 3 year old shed and u can get in trouble? How silly of a state and even sillier job to have these guys must’ve gotten bullied in school
What did you accomplish trying to give someone a fine over a shed antler. Now we know we're all of our taxpayer money goes out the window
They did it out of season and didn't get a permit.
Such Bs
pure bullchit
To the middle schooler Outdoor Channel hired to edit these videos and uses it he “broken glass” effect every 4min - STOP
It’s 2011. It was cool and cutting edge back then.
Being from the south this antler mess seems crazy to me. Pretty much a victimless crime. IMO it’s not nearly as bad as poaching. Also how can “Public Land” be closed over half the year?????
PICKING UP ANIMAL DROPPINGS IS NOT POACHING
