Maida - 1 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
Milk Powder - 1 tbsp
Coffee Powder - 1 tbsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - a pinch - 1/8th tsp
Hot Water - 1/2 cup
Hot Milk - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Refined Oil or Melted Butter - 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
For Chocolate Ganache:

Dark Compound/ Dark Chocolate - 100 gms
Hot Milk - 60 ml ( add more if the ganache is very thick after it cools before pouring on the cake )
Butter - 50 gms
